Really enjoyed watching your video, the Cormorant looks robust and beautifully designed, I started roasting using a Hearthenware I roast II, which needs a repair, electrics for higher speed fan I think so now using the heat gun method, this is another league.
For sure, tested our roaster to determine how the coating last. No problems at all up to now. The extra cost is what it cost me to have it coated = £80. That include the bowl & hopper outside coat.

I am getting mine powder coated in RAL 5022. It's a shade of blue similar to the Marines' Dress Blue trousers.

For sure, I'm Namibian but our ancestors were from the Netherlands. We will have video of the new version of the roaster up soon.
Looks like a nice even roast. Is it gas or 220 electric. Looks like it has two triers front and back.
It runs on Gas. There is a tryer in the front, the back handle is for the diffuser.
How much? And where i can buy this roaster? I like it so much! 😁

Can you data log with this roaster using Artisan to create roast profiles?
Yes, for sure. Roaster has K-type BT & ET probes installed. You will need data logger and software. We will have this as installed option soon.
