    I'm just starting out at this thing too. Thanks for sharing! Ethiopian naturals were my first experience with specialty coffee a few years back, and I've been chasing great coffee ever since!

      same to me .I am planning to start A roastery coffee in C.A. Have you tried any special coffee from Asia yet ?

    The way you started sounds identical to where I’m at right now. I actually roasted some coffee from Happy Mug in my shed today. I’ve been going down the coffee roasting rabbit hole since about November of 2020.

    Have you imported coffee from overseas? Is so would you share your experience such what is the regulation in our border or government FDA?
