Kaldi Fortis overview

Kaldi Fortis overview - Just received this roaster a couple of days ago. Before putting into service I made a quick video of the equipment.
As usual, equipment noise is louder on video than in person. The roaster is very quiet and the fan is likely going to be the most noise in the setup.
