For all those who cannot use the spray nozzle for whatever reason, transfer the product into a cheap mist sprayer and use that to save product

Just bought this product used it and was wondering why, it shot out like a gel. Dilute it get a new sprayer not a big deal it did clean my wheels very well. Had mud on there forever and they actually pop in the sunlight now.

I bought a bottle from O’reilly’s and I will say reading is fundamental lol. I walked around my car and sprayed all my tires and wheels. Don’t do that guys it dries up on the wheels pretty quickly and it makes it hard to get off. I had to apply water on my microfiber towel to soften it up. The spray also is very direct it doesn’t spray in a mist form. Other than that it cleaned my tires and wheels very good! Great product you just have to read the directions first

I spray the gel onto a wet wash mit, 4-5 sprays and wash the wheels that are rinsed. Let sit for 2 min or so and than rinse with hose, I also used micro fiber to help dry it✅ works really nice and smells good

Please don’t wash your wheels like this… rinse first always. 1. Removes loose debris 2. Adds more lubrication and helps with suds using this spray. You’ll use less product, not damage your wheel and have an awesome end result. Chemical guys have top notch empty spray bottles. Pack of 3 is less than $20 and has amazing ergonomics and you can dilute the product to be less thick.
Chemical guys is great stuff overall! I liked the product just didn’t like the spray bottle and if I’m spending around $20 I would go for sonax wheel cleaner. Sonax for now is definitely the best product I have tried. Appreciate your feedback and information you shared Tyler 🙏👍

I have it and also hate the applicator, but like how it cleans. Probably going to move it to a soon to be empty Windex bottle.
I agree. Every tire/wheel cleaner I use sprays out in a fan. Was confused when this product shot out in a straight line, not coving my wheel and tires effectively, causing me to use more product. But it did clean very well.

Can I used that after spraying a iron based cleaner. Since it’s more of a PH additive.

Followed it to the letter. Worst stuff I've ever used. You remove more stuff with just a high pressure hose.

I’m pretty sure that this bottle doesn’t need to be diluted but maybe the bottle I got wasn’t working properly that’s why it was spraying it the way I thought it should 🤷🏻♂️

That’s what sucks about this product and why I will never buy again. Some videos it shows a mist like spray and others comes out like a thick gel. The gel is a different bottle with a different squirt cap. This is meant to be a spray but comes out like a gel half the time. What I did was tip it out of the genuine bottle and put it in to another cheap spray bottle. Comes out how it is suppose to now

@@z33andme71 it has the option but they still won’t spray. The product might be too thick to turn into a spray. Tested the spray itself and it sprays water just fine. I watered my product down 2 to 1 and it’s just barely turning into spray

This stuff is a a sad excuse for a wheel cleaner. It’s about as effective as regular car soap. If you insist on using Chemical Guys, just use their degreaser. I prefer that on the wheels as it does break down brake dust and grime. When they are quite dirty, I use JaxWax ultimate. That stuff is so strong that you MUST dilute it. I let it sit for a minute and go straight to cleaning the wheel. It breaks up and removes a fair amount without agitation.

This is correct. I just bought some of this and I'm somewhat amazed at how poor it is. It smells like bubblegum too, instead of solvent.
Why not show dirty wheels that haven't been cleaned in a year. Video proves nothing.

Every review of this product that I have seen has a complaint about the spray bottle. Why doesn't Chemical Guys do something about it? Customers should not have to purchase another spray bottle and transfer the product in order to use it. Get your shit together Chemical Guys.

You need to rinse with water and if you read the instructions it should be diluted.
The one with the spray nozzle doesn’t need to be diluted but might work better if you add water. The nozzle didn’t have mist option on mine so even if I did add water don’t think it would be any different.

This is by far the worst wheel cleaner I've ever used. It comes out thick, runs down the wheel, and then 80% of it immediately winds up on the ground. I tried it in a different sprayer and it didn't help. I tried it in a Chemical Guys pump sprayer and it still didn't help. I tried diluting it but it still didn't work. My driveway is however extremely clean in one spot - lol. Just spray on and rinse off! 😂 The other thing I got was $14 "rinsed" out of my wallet.

Je trouve que c'est un produit moyen. Si la jante est peu sale, ça peut le faire. Sinon c'est de la merde... J'ai eu plusieurs produits jantes et le moins efficace est celui-ci. Regardez plutôt du côté de Shine, ils sont 10 fois meilleurs.
