When I first went raw I kept a food diary and wrote down exactly what I ate, Ingredients, and times of day I ate. Very important ( write down how your body feels before and after you eat ) because that will tell you how it will effect your body). Basically if you feel horrible after you eat then you shouldn’t be eating it! This also helps you become mentally conscious !
I love this stage of dieting, where the thought of a sticky, chocolatey-donut, makes me turn my nose up 🙏🏼🍩🙏🏼 "If you don't take care of your body, where will you live?" Wow, never heard that particular statement before..very powerful.
This is my new mantra: If you don't take care of your body where will you live? It took pain, fear and IBS to get me to stop letting the binge pattern control me. I've been binging since I was in grade school. I'm 67 so this pattern was embedded deep. Thank you Kristina!

If you don't take care of your body, where will you live? Really hit me. So true. Unfortunately I work until 5:00 p.m. and then I work out. I don't start dinner till 7:00 p.m. and I start eating close to 8:00 p.m. I suffer from depression and I noticed I eat a little more when the depression hits. My addiction is potato chips. I have been eating less of them lately but when the depression hits me at night especially that is when I can go through an entire bag of potato chips. Thank you so much for your videos. I bought a nama juicer and I make my own juices and popsicles because of you. I am so thankful that you make these videos. When I'm in a supermarket and I'm ready to buy something not good for me I always think would Kristina buy that and it keeps me from buying junk food. You are a positive influence in my life and I thank you so much for making these videos.
Great advice when you’re living alone. Hubby is vegan also, but I cook his lunches and dinners for work and have other things in the house to eat besides fruit and veggies. I did go raw for 4 months. I’ve got to have more willpower!

Beware of too low calories. A big melon is only few calories. A big salad is almost no calories. So calculate a bit. my non eating craving is the ocean and swimming like 🧜🏻♀️. bc its makes me feel whole and like my truest authentic self. and since i live where the warm weather is seasonal i find the time im not out in the sea or large body of water are my darker struggling times.

You inpired me, I went out today and bought a bunch of fruits and vegetables. I look forward to trying your dressings! I love big salads and never tired if them. I love the smoothie, green juice, and juice. I enjoy more fruit. The only area I cannot get use to is the salads. I just need to learn how to make a good health salad dressing I like. I have now appreciate my childhood. Because I live in the country and we plant our own food. I had all these things to be a fully raw vegan. Our folks were strong and😅 health . I do my best here..but would love to have that Life style now. Mine is late at night.. comfort and a love of late eating.

I'm so glad you talked about eating at social gatherings. I'll eat real healthy and lose weight, and when I go to work, I get messed up when co-workers want to go to lunch or the fattening cupcakes in the front office. Eating should not be an activity. I have already decided that when I go back to work, I will never go to lunch with my co-workers or eat any snacks the company offers. I will eat my own healthy lunch and snacks alone.

Same here but I’ve been practicing how to shop what they like but grab a healthier version instead and also the whole house to enjoy a healthy vegan meal that everyone is satisfied from. Like vegan spaghetti, vegan chili, smoothies, etc
Yeah, but veganism... I mean I think we'd all be vegans if we didn't need meat, it used to be very risky to hunt. That's not to say we can't go for a long time without meat - I think that's been demonstrated. Even I like to go plant-based for a period (which is why I'm here).

Perhaps drinking - anything that could be bad for enamel - with a straw, and rinse and floss after eating/ drinking? I think this lifestyle is packed with so many minerals - especially calcium…

The fruit we get in my town doesn't look near as good as your fruits. We get the chemically coated week looking fruit that makes you not even want to buy it. I would love to have a fruit supplyer for great organic fruit that could be delivered
