I live in Houston and work at a grocery store you shop at, I just wanted to thank you for the fig you let me try, and let everyone know how genuinely sweet and kind you are every time you come into the store! I’ve been watching your videos for a while but just realized I’ve checked you out at my register so many times! It makes me an even bigger fan!
hey, that's great you posted it here. Often we see people in veideos, especially if they are as famous as Kristina and often suspect some ego personality or just"big business" behind that person, even if we don't want to have these thoughts. So thank you a alot for sharing your positive Experience !!! :) I am so glad to hear this :-)
I just want to thank you sooooo much Kristina for this video because this morning I wasn’t going to make my daughter’s vegan lunch. We are low budget and just don’t have a lot of fresh veg in the fridge at the end of the month but we watched this vid!!! And we played the music to your intro over and over while we scavenged the kitchen. We had enough to make a carrot/pear/green apple salad with peanutbutter on the side for her lunch. Lol just thank you for inspiring our kids!!! & me!!!!! Xoxo
I really like that you always encourage people to make small changes, take baby steps, or to just try it instead eating raw being an all-or-nothing commitment. Thanks for the great videos!
After being fully vegan for 10+, I became fully raw vegan and never being happier or healthier...it's easy, delicious and great for your health...give it a try... I started with one raw meal a day for 90 days and then went full raw.
Rutabaga Salad: One big Rutabaga shredded (like sauerkraut), one bunch of Scallions finely chopped, three heaping Tablespoons of Cashew meal, three heaping Tablespoons of Currants (NOT raisins!), and three heaping Tablespoons of Lime juice. Can also be done as Carrots instead Rutabaga and Almond meal instead of Cashew and Lemon juice instead of Lime. I love your show. Sending you my favorite raw recipes.
I have watched hundreds of Vegan food recipes trying to figure out what all I need to do to both become more healthy and still enjoy my food. I think this video was the most down to earth and relaxed video I've seen. Thank you soo much!
I’m starting my journey today. 30 days challenge accepted. Goal: to reverse Diabetes ll , get off meds, and feel healthy. Back to Génesis foods. Thanks so much for your entusiasmo and recommendations.
I made the most yummy sauce from kale, garlic confite, lemon juice, cilantro and a bit of the oil from the garlic confite and a tad bit of water to lossen it up. It turned out quite yummy with roasted veggies.
Love your videos! You've inspired me to eat raw vegan up here in Ohio. Just bought my 1st juicer at Bed Bath and Beyond (Breville juice fountain plus) for 150 bucks. Getting a masticating juicer once my overtime picks up at work. My fridge is rediculous, over flowing with fruits and vegetables. I'm not on any meds and never had any health issues at age 46. Just want to stay healthy and happy with food and exercise. To many people I know, have died way to young. It has to be the food and pharmaceuticals they ate. So I'm going vegan now! Your amazing!
Put simply. You rock Kristina. You really put out so many great recipes. Your one of my idols in the raw food world. Please keep them coming. Thanks mucho
Wow, I love her new video approach. Seems a lot more genuine and relatable. Seems like she's talking directly to us and giving us more insight into her life/beliefs.
Another great video Kristina! I love watching your videos, you are such a good vibrant soul and I hope you never change. Sometimes people can be overly critical nit pickers, but it is my hope that none of that phases you and you stay true to your wonderfully colorful self. You have such a high Spirit and your energy is just great. So stay you! Thanks for all you do!
Fantastic presentation and very inspiring. I am a lifetime vegetarian who is doing pretty good in my fifties. people like you inspire me to have at least one raw vegan meal a day.
Loved this video! You're the person who inspired me to go raw vegan almost two years ago, so I'll forever be grateful for your existence. Love you Kristina. ♥
I will definitely try this...I need this in my life! First steps I made was making cucumber lime water and cantaloupe water. No sugar added or needed! I am so proud of myself amd currently drinking the last glass as I watch this video. Gotta make more tomorrow and it will give me a reason to go to the grocery store and get more fruits amd veggies to make a few more of your meals.
Aww, thank you Kristina for all you do, you look amazing girl, and your food, thank you for helping the planet become a better peaceful place to live, you go girl!
I got your book and I can't WAIT to try all the recipes! I tried your raw pumpkin pie and it was shockingly the best pie I had eaten! I'm sure the rest will be just as amazing!
Thank you so much for this video. I am a vegan for 1 year and I love it. I thought going raw vegan would be easy. I tried raw vegan for 2 weeks the food was amazing but I did not consume enough foods and I became extremely tired and exhausted. My immune system became so low that I got pneumonia. So this video helped more than the others even though I love all your videos. Now I will try again in moderation. Thank you again.
Yum ! Thank you Kristina ! I have followed you for about 5 years and you are very informative. I am transitioning to vegan and I share some of the foods I eat in my videos.
I've been watching you for YEARS and this video is like an absolutely fabulous condensed version of everything you've taught me. Because of you, veganism will break records this year! Thank you for being my online mentor
This was an amazing informative video especially about mono meals and the serving size for it🙆 thats what i was doing wrong when trying to go raw before😳 i wasnt eating enough....
Love your channel. I am 72 yr old woman who is recovering from hip replacement made complicated by soft thin bones (osteopenia). Is fully raw safe & healing for osteoporosis? Something else. Did I hear you say at UK Fruit Fest that you are diabetic or that you had sugar issues? Hope I misheard. P.s. LOVE your jewellry!
I know this an old video of yours, but I’m just binge watching while food prepping. One thing that I noticed you didn’t bring up was the fact that veggie noodles don’t give you that food coma and bloat feeling like regular pasta. I don’t know if that applies to everyone, but I know it’s easier on my belly.
Your zoodles look so soft. Every time I've made raw zoodles they seem to be more crisp than that. Is there anything you do to get them to be that way? Leave them in the sauce longer?
I used to watch you often! Love your wonderful personality and knowledgeable advice on a vegan lifestyle!!! God Bless you Kristina!! Much love and prayers!! How are you doing in 2019!!
Oh my gosh I can do the water yes yes I’m just a beginner but I’ve been doing the smoothies with all kinds of stuff vegetables and fruit and extra little good for you stuff wow I’m so glad you said that at least I’m getting nutrients
Your video is very informative. I tried your cucumber noodle with the tahini sauce, and it was delicious. Although I am not vegan, I am going to incorporate raw fruits and vegetables daily.

Crtr Grl I'd really like an answer to this question as well since u don't think it is possible to follow this lifestyle expecially for those with ibs-d. I love both fruits and veggies but I always regret it when I eat them in large amounts. And eating some vegetables raw is really out of the question.
THANK YOU so much for sharing this info. I'm researching, gathering data & preparing to take the plunge hopefully in about 8 weeks. I'm so very excited 😉!!!
It is a legitimate question as it requires a level of engagement and attention to detail with your food intake that is not viable for most people (which by the way is why the diet cannot and should not be recommended to the unqualified general public).
How do you stay satiated or what do you do when you crave “comfort” foods? I am trying raw vegan for 30 days. 12 days in already and I’m finding I want something more filling.
Hello Kristina there is any other thing to replace the pine nuts, here in Panamá is expensive and comes in a small box plastic, i see that pine nits give consistency to the dressing you make..
@@anabernat hi Ana! I live in Panama too. I love tahini, but you could also use sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I actually buy the sunflower seeds that they sell in the pet food isle. You need to take them out of their shell but they work great!

You're not only great looking, but a super healthy cook as well. I'm vegan, but I definitely need to start cooking better so I don't rely on a lot of those Vegan cookies with 16g of protein for all of my daily calories. One good thing I do is make an awesome carrot juice smoothie. I still haven't tried Kale.
This video really helps me, i really really really want to go raw. it all feels overwhelming for me right now, so I’m just going to do mono meals for a little while and work up to doing more. It’ll probably be easier than I thought

I really appreciate the new style of your videos and your newly found energy! Please keep posting these kind of videos (: I found that it really helps to add in one cooked element in your dinner when you're in transition to raw, for instance a tortilla next to that awesome rainbow salad.
