@@mrbundyqld4469 if the right things are done, why won't the tract close. Don't people get cut, don't animals get bitten in the wild, no doctor does anything, but it closes up. Think about it
Hello Sir, I am currently suffering from Anal fissure as my homeopathy doctor said. But there is a external lump near my anus in 5 O' clock positon and from 7 O clock position, sometimes a little bit of pus comes out. By seeing these symptoms I feel that I have perianal abcess which forms anal fistula. I don't know why my doctor is saying that I am having anal fissure because the symptoms of anal fissure are not there. Though I am not a doctor, so I might be wrong. Could you please figure it out?

Can anyone explain what does curing or healing of a fistula mean? I believe the fistula tract won’t go away or become smaller without a surgery.
