Do we need to store it in the refrigerator?
DarkAlpha its not required to be kept in the fridge. It is okay to store at room temperature.🙂

Can we use wheat flour instead of maida
You can't use Wheat flour to make this as it will not rise as much as maida. It will be more heavy & may not be fluffy 🙂
