Leena, Thank you so much for your feedback. However would like to clarify that I'm not a professional Chef. I'm just someone who is passionate about food🙂
Thanks a lot. Well explained, also very grateful for the display of the recipe in the comment box n screen. Well done exactly the way I learnt from my parents n elders.
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful feedback Josephine 🙂 Yes, we do like to add a lot of details in the description box to make it easier for the viewer. Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas in advance! 🌟🎅🎄☃️❄️ God Bless 🙏
Neuris oh my goodness is another sweet I love. I really have to start learning to make all these Goan dishes, but when it comes to desserts I am not great, but when it comes to curry I am king lol....
We do have a recipe for Neuris too, you should definitely try making these sweets. We have very detailed recipes so you can't go wrong, especially since you are already into cooking great gravies🙂
Sabina, Thank you so much for the lovely comment. We haven't tried this recipe without eggs. But I'm sure you'll find an eggless recipe online for KulKuls 🙂
Hi All my Christmas sweets became good all because of you you r my best chief Lots of love from goa Marshmallow was super delicious all the kids loved it Thank you so much dear❤❤ God bless you
Thank you so much Francisco for such an amazing feedback. You made our day! 😀 So you finally managed to whip the Marshmallow mixture with a hand whisk? Or did you try something else? Would really love to know🙂 Anyways great job! We are happy to know that the kids loved it. Do also try the Jujubes recipe I'm sure the kids will love that too and this time you wont need to whisk anything 😀 Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas in advance 🌟🎅🎄☃️❄️ God Bless 🙏
Sorry for the late reply I tried the marshmallow i beat it spoon it became successful now it is for setting thank you so much ❤for for lovely recipes god bless you and your family always. Sure I will try jujubes for new year and give you review in next video I tried the baath also I baked on gass it was very delicious got over within 4 days 😂😂 I other wise nobody eat also .. So now mazapan ;dodol : jujubies and beef chilli recipe.. is pending I will try it as soon as possible thank you so much ❤ Merry Christmas you and your family too in advance ❤❤
Thank you so much Francisco for your tremendous confidence in our channel. It's really nice to have viewers like you associated with our channel. I'm surprised to know that you managed to beat the hot sugar solution with a spoon. I hope it turned out right. Because when you do it with an electric whisk it nearly doubles or triples in volume. That makes it soft and spongy. Do let me know how yours finally turned out. Looking forward to your constant feedback on our videos. Stay blessed always 🙂
Thanks for Sharing. Looking forward to trying out the recipe..look crisp n yoummy. Just one request, technically, to get the right colour n "cooked" kulkuls, approximately what is the frying time period we should be looking at, when the Kulkuls are properly cooked inside n it has reached the right colour from outside ???
You're most welcome Priya! To get the perfect fried Kulkuls you will need to control the heat of the oil. If you make the oil too hot then as soon as you put the Kulkuls they will be fried outside and remain a little uncooked inside. So you need to fry them on medium heat so they take their time to cook properly on the inside and outside. You need to get a nice golden brown color on the Kulkuls. Once you get them out you can try one and if its still not done to perfection you can put it back in the oil and cook it a little bit more. Simple 🙂
I want to try half the qnty of kulkuls ... do i put hlf of the egg after beating/whipping it ? The rest of the ingredients can b halved... pl advise. I intend using dairy milk instead... Thanks. 🙏😊
Jenny, You can definitely halve the recipe, and yes, you can use half the egg after beating it. You can also use dairy milk instead of thick coconut milk, no problem 🙂
This Kulkuls and a cake called Bath, my goodness is amazing.. oh and Bi bique, the one with different colors, pink, red, etc. I am sure I spelled the desert wrong lol..
We haven't tried this recipe without egg, so don't really know if it would work. You will need an eggless recipe for Kulkuls which unfortunately we currently do not have on our channel 😕.

With regards to adding Nutmeg instead of Cardamom powder it's entirely your choice. If you like the taste you can add it but personally I prefer adding Cardamom.
Renu, this is a tried & tested recipe with great reviews from people who have already made it. Rava is only added to make it crispy & we have mentioned the right quantity required for this recipe. You need to follow each step properly. Massage the dough properly, to make it into a soft & pliable dough, if it is not massaged properly the dough will be hard & you won't be able to form the Kulkuls.
Tried this recipe. the kulkuls were absolutely delicious.Thank you so much for sharing.

Thanks for sharing the recipe. Can we make shankarpalis of same kulkuls dough.
You're welcome Rufina, unfortunately you can't use this same dough, it is slightly different for Shankarpalis.
@@GetCookingNow Thanks for your reply..Can u share the recipe of Shankarpalis, if possible? Thanks
Rufina, Extremely busy these days. Let's see if we can share this recipe next year.
@@GetCookingNow appreciate for your reply..
Nice one. Loved the variety of shapes. Share some recipe for air fryer.
Can we omit the egg for vegetarian.
We haven't tried this recipe without egg, so don't really know if it would work. You will need an eggless recipe for Kulkuls which unfortunately we currently do not have on our channel 😕.
Can we use the commercially made coconut milk
Yes Irene, that should be fine to use.
Can it be made without adding egg and instead of Cardamom powder can nutmeg powder be added?
