  • When choosing a tent for your next overlanding or camping trip, the Rightline Gear Bed Truck Tent is your best choice. This bed truck tent is designed to transform your Tacoma’s bed into a comfortable sleeping area for your next outdoor adventure. Unlike several bed truck tents, this assembly features a unique floorless design. This design allows you to set up the tent without having to remove the contents of your truck bed, saving you time and effort. Once set up, this tent’s interior comes with an overhead lantern hook, gear pockets, and a sky view vent, enabling you to take in all that fresh air. Moreover, the included rainfly ensures you’re always dry in the event of a sudden downpour. And when you’re done, this assembly is easily broken down and stored in a convenient sack for your next adventure.
Durable Build Quality. This bed truck tent is constructed using high-quality synthetic fabric with a 2,000mm water resistance rating to keep you dry. Additionally, this tent is expertly sewn and features tape-sealed seams to prevent water leakage in these areas. Meanwhile, this tent uses heavy-duty zippers with glow-in-the-dark pulls as well as rugged synthetic frame poles that will keep the assembly steady. Finally, this component is available in gray with orange trim for an eye-catching look.
Simple Install Procedure. This bed truck tent is designed to install onto your truck bed using a series of straps that anchor on preexisting locations. Additionally, the included frame poles are color-coded to further simplify their assembly. Lastly, this assembly is designed to roll up neatly into its own storage bag.
Covered by a Limited 1-Year Warranty. This Rightline Gear Bed Truck Tent is covered by a limited 1-year warranty against factory defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.

Great alternative to roof tents and way cheaper too. Only problem is what to do with the rest of your camping stuff that you were carrying on the bed of the truck after setting the tent up.

Great point! I guess you could add a rack to the top of the cab or delete the rear seat for additional storage!

Probably pack a screen tent as well or/and a small ground tent for gear.

This tent doesn’t fit correctly if you have a tri-fold bed cover folded up…

This should scratch the car on a wind day 🤔

It’s a truck. Those little straps may cause some abrasion and if that’s the case you can put felt lining on them. Cheap solution.

what is difference between these 2 tents? Part numbers110760 and 110761,
    I have a 2016 Tacoma with a 6 ft bed.

One is specific to the Tacoma and one is universal to mostly all other mid sized 6ft bed trucks. They have the same specs otherwise.

I have one of these. The issue I have is if it rains and you open up the door you and your stuff are going to get wet. Unless you are putting up an awning. I utilize my tonneau cover as a shelf for the inside.

Maybe set up a 10x10 tent with walls to remedy that issue. That's what I'd do. It would be similar to what Korean camper streamers do, but their tents are designed with minivans in mind.

Would this work with a ladder rack on the truck ?

I traded in my Tacoma for an f150 5.5 bed. It’s 9 inches wider than Tacoma bed. Would this tent still fit?

We haven't tested it, but we do have some tent option on our sister site that supports the F-150 platform. Check them out --> AmericanTrucks.com

when putting together do not pull it tight till after you get it up or you will have problems putting the poles in
