    There should b real strict laws regarding bosses, management or any office person showing interest in your personal and private life....u do ur work nd get paid for it......stringent laws to stop bullying, office gossip & politics, corporate slavery nd any kind of harassment are needed......

    India me aise bhi company hai jaha Admin aur Manager milke employees ko audit ke time me jhoot bolne keliye force karte hai ..Jaise:-
    1) 10 hours duty ko 8 hours duty
    2) Mess charges cutting kar ke bhi nahi karte bolne keliye force karwate hain
    3) Medical facilities me bhi koi facility nahi hoti hai.
    4) Death case ko hide kar dete hai.

    Maine 10 din ek bache ko pdhya or abhi Mai apne gaw chala gya hoo kyuki rhne ka jagah nhi hai Mai fees mang rha hoo to uske parents fees magne pe bol rhe hai ki likhit dikhye ki 10 din padhane pr fees Diya jata hai to apko fees de denge.
    Sir AAP btye ki fees humko milna chahiye ya nhi

    I resigned from Muthoot Finance gold loan Company. Now I have completed more than 3 months my required period for issuance of a final relieving letter by Muthoot Finance Company.
    I, therefore,

      Company ko fine lage gaa but it depends if ur company has more than 10 employees then it is compulsory
