Great Decision... Everytime facts and loopholes of the system doesn't work.... Advocate showing the rules of UGC , UGC regulates only Degree and PG courses not the Certificate and diploma courses which is equivalent to 12th or not the graduation.

Case sahi tha, advocate ne dalile thik di thi, supplimentary evidence bhi diya tha previous judgements ka, ek degree aur ek diploma eksaath valid bhi prove kiya tha lekin problem aayi dono institute ke distance ki, jis par judge convince nahi huye; regular diploma kiya Bhopal mei aur regular degree kiya SSP college Wariseoni se, Bhopal and Wariseoni mei 450 km. ka distance hai, tau doubt tau banata hai ki dono jagah regular courses kaise attend kiye itani duri par, iss liye case dismiss kar diya.
Agar dono institute ka distance 20-25 km. bhi hota tau judge sahab convince ho bhi jaate aur faisala petitioner ke favour mei bhi ho sakata tha.

-Two degrees can be pursued simultaneously provided timing of one course doesn't overlap the timing of other. Eg one morning course one evening
- two degrees or diploma can be pursued simultaneously provided one from regular one from distance
- two degrees or diploma can be pursued provided both are from ODL or Online mode
- above guidelines applied to courses other than PhD
And the both institutions should be within the distance of 40-50 kms like that right??

The judge is right. Its not about the degree. Its about the "regular" word. Only one course can be "regular" and other one has to be "part-time". The first university must issue NOC to the second university. Only then the second university can declare their course as part-time. Both courses can not be "regular".

The onus should be on the university or the institution that considered the student as regular without his\her physical presence. Fictitious attendance is not under the control of the student but the institution. If the student has been awarded the degree/certificate, he/she has completed the requirements without fail.

CLS/SLC cirtificate संस्थान से केवल एक ही मिलता जिससे केवल एक ही रेगुलर कोर्स में एडमिशन किया जा सकता है। दूसरा रेगुलर कोर्स के लिए कैंडीडेट चीटिंग करता है यह अनजाने में नहीं हो सकता है l

UGC 2022 mid से dual डिग्री कोई करे तो कोई दिक्कत नही और 2022 से पहले कोई करे तो सजा उसे नोकरी नही मिलेगी और जो बाद मैं करे वो न्यू rules के according कर सकता है ये पूरी तरह समाज को और old students के साथ अन्याय है... क्योंकि dual डिग्री का मुद्दा बहुत पुराना है 2010-12 से इसलिए सबको न्याय मिलना चाइए... बहुत ऐसे छात्र भी है जो पैसे की कमी हाई कोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट नही जा सकते है इसलिए old students के साथ न्याय हो... जज साहब 😢😢😢
