I think it's cruel how dogs don't have very long life spans ;( (For humans I mean)
correct, they are so pure! For this I give vegan/vegetarian food to my four paw friend! And he is super healty! More than before. Of course it is not a diet I can decide for myself a specialist follow us every month and I have to spent a bit time to cook for him, but that in absolute the only /and best) choice!
And they can be a straight killer depends on the breed ;)

It's pretty clear that this is a two-way friendship. The tortoise keeps moving after the dog, and also makes no effort to retreat into it's shell. I'm glad that they are enjoying the companionship of one another.🐢🐕🤗

This is one of the most UNUSUAL interspecies friendships I have ever seen. I'm not surprised a puppy is eager to play with a tortoise. But I would have thought "tolerance" was the most you could get from the tortoise in return, However, Tilly G seems genuinely interested in playing with Skippy.

I can tell this tortoise is having fun, otherwise he will be hiding/retreat on his shell
This is such a genuine friendship, they mean so much to each other. The puppy taps the tortoise, brings him things but then the tortoise follows him. it's just beautiful! 🐶🐢

Personally I saw a turtle returning to my garden from the street but there is a small ledge but too big for it so I ran towards the turtle cause it started running as if happy to be back and was still "running" while grabbing it and put it on a safe spot to go wherever it wants
My ex-girlfriend had a little greek tortoise and when we pet her head she would make her neck extra long so we could pet her neck too. She loved it. And when she didn't like something she would do this little sneeze. They are absolutely adorable but their poop smells worse then dog turd.
@@WilbertLek I saw 2 different cats crying to me for food and water even though they don't know me and of course I did put for them
Also once while I was driving I saw another cat was crying amd searching probably looking for it's kitten and when it saw my car it stopped walking so I stopped to let the cat continue and it did but the cat went to private property so sorry no continuation of what happened

90% of Skippy's calorie intake goes straight towards that tail movement. It's amazing seeing a tortoise which is known for low energy being friends with a dog so high energy. These two are super adorable.

Here is something I personally saw in my garden:
2 Doberman dogs had newborn puppies and a very curious kitten I think just wanted to see them but the dad dog grabbed the kitten gently and took it away but returned again and the dog did the same thing and on the third time the mother dog just scared it away without hurting it
PS none of them r owned by anybody and my phone was inside and if I went to get it I might have missed everything

I have a sulcata tortoise about that size and I have dogs and the dogs are great friends with the tortoise and he's friends with them he likes best to get in a blanket with them when they're laying in the sun he thinks that's just the berries

@@Nonamenoneya Pretty sure if that were the case we wouldn't see Tilly G actively approaching and engaging, every shot would be the tortoise standing completely still or shrunk back into his shell.
Let's just say turtles are like really old people. They can't express themselves by jumping around or being loud, but they are patient and observant. They react and move slowly, but they like spending time with their loved one, eventhough they're not playing/ doing nothing.
It's not just Skippy following Tilly G around, it's Tilly G following Skippy too that makes me think that there is a friendship there.
This little dog is precious. He is so happy with his turtle buddy. So cool.

Baby Skippy is such a beautiful character so much love and kindness and just truly happy. His little body movements is his true character, loving Tilly G is all that matters...blessed to have each other.
There are many amazing relationships between different species recorded on this platform but I think this is probably a tie for the best with the dog and sloth.
Getting to witness that purity of friendship is wonderful, it definitely does the heart good. ❤😊

Tortoise and turtle shells are made of living, organic, natural materials, they have the ability to heal on their own. Just as your broken arm will slowly knit itself back together, a tortoise shell can heal on its own.
Though the shells can heal on their own, it’s best not to leave a broken or cracked shell untreated. Even the smallest fracture can leave your pet exposed to dangerous bacteria that can kill him.
Veterinarians can help the healing process along by applying antibiotics and then sealing the crack with a special bonding material.
