Just bought the Ribeye and NY Strip Wagyu from Walmart and we are going to cook it on an open fire alongside some vegetable skewers and homemade chimichurri sauce.

Even if there not Japanese wagyu it’s still better then any other steak at Walmart other then the big $45 tomahawk steaks

I don’t know what the grading system is for American Wagyu but it didn’t have nearly the same marbling as a Japanese A5 Wagyu.

Go to Snake River Farms.... Honestly, just fattier ribeye... BFD. I have aged it and won't bother in the future. Will stick to PRIME...
