It's more than likely oil that is being picked up from the intercooler. If your seals were gone there'd be oil pouring out your exhaust. Get some riffraf boots, t bolt clamps and run it!
The increase in crankcase pressure is what causes the seals to blow out. If you absolutely just needed it done you should add an 1/2 tube to your exhaust at a 45 degree angle and connect the ccv hose to it and that will apply the needed vacuum. But that’s only if you don’t do a lot of sitting with the truck running.

Got to be a high flow one though, international used to make them but discontinued, mishimoto makes one specifically for this but they list as a 6.0 part but will work as catch cams are pretty universal, little pricey but that’s the right way to do it without having oil drips or fumes, I’ll be adding one to mine

I was thinking it may be residual oil from the inter cooler also. But thats right out of the turbo going to the inter cooler. It can’t be the IC
If you put you ccv back on it will run better. The ccv delete is what caused you turbo seals to blow out
I have heard a lot of bad things about the ccv mods. From blown turbos to rings going bad
