Cute little house. I do like all the different colors and wallpaper. Not real crazy about the bathroom wallpaper, but everything else is a yes!!
A glass door with a view if the toilet!!! And it is a wetroom, the wood on the basin, would need to be continuously varnished in marine varnish, or an 'outdoor' wood like Jarrah. And anything under sink would be wet and mouldy.
If You are in ' survival ' mode on a budget ( and own land w/ utilities & septic system ) it would get You by
( You would probably be alone )

Really cute tiny house. I would have to put curtains on the windows, no way I could sleep without bedroom curtains.
I like the floor plan. There is plenty of room to move about in each room. It doesn’t have that teeny tiny restrictive feel to it.

Cute but needs smaller living room window and an enclosed shower. Perfect for use as a pool cabana, hobby space, guest cottage or grandparents space.

Ok,so being practical you can not have a tv that close to your fire place it would melt it;and secondly the tv would over heat and stop working in just a couple of months if that. So not practical set up.
The newer wood stoves don't get hot on the sides or the stove pipes, you can touch them with your bare hand, with a good hot fire burning, and it is warm, but not hot. There is an iron plate on the top of them and an iron door. I have had a tv next to mine for years now and no problems at all.
I just always wonder where you would store brooms and mops in these tiny houses.
Additional 10 feet in back would improve the home. Better kitchen, bath and bedroom. And possibly a rear door. Could have options for sunroom or decking. Kitchen as is should be a continous flow of countertops with chairs that do not obstruct cooking areas. They need to tuck under.
I mostly like it, but you’d have to move that chair out of the way every time you wanted to use the stove.
I think it's great! I don't think it's to crowded, I think it has the things a person needs to be comfortable. I like the decorating, that's just subjective, pick what you like.

I did not see one .
It’s a “wet bath.” Floor plan shows shower head next to toilet. That’s not for me, though otherwise it is an appealing cottage.

It's nice, but get rid of the bowling alley toilet and then it will be perfect. The water closet should never be the first thing people see when they look down the hall and into the bathroom.

You’re trying to cram too much into too small a space. Try again. Declutter. Obviously anyone who is living in this small a space is a minimalist and would not have anything impractical, duplicative, or flat-out necessary.
