Il serait conforme de raccourcir quelque peu l’entrée-avant afin d’y ajouter une garde-robe pour y engloutir nos manteaux, par-dessus, souliers, bottes, chapeaux, gants et mitaines; puisqu’au Québec l’été passe assez rapidement, et nous entamons après l’automne, l’hiver ainsi que le printemps.Je trouve toutefois opportun de créer davantage de place derrière la maison pour y ajouter une table à pique-nique avec parasol, balançoire double-sièges, et banc, et pour celles et ceux qui le souhaitent une piscine…Les deux chambres sont suffisamment grandes. J’y ajouterais toutefois une salle d’eau (toilette et lavabo) au cas ou l’unique salle-de-bain serait employée. Meilleurs vœux de🥂Santé🥂d’❤️Amour❤️et de🥳Gaieté🥳, et que la✌️Paix✌️illumine et raisonne les dirigeants de ce🌏🌍🌎. Passez toutes et tous une très agréable semaine. (05 janvier 2025)

Excellent. So tired of tiny home with unusable sleeping loft or unusable bathrooms. I still dislike wet bath, would rather have a shower pan and extend the bathroom to encompass the W/D area. A dry bath is the only way for long term living. This designed deserved a subscribe.

What's with the big stack of plates? How many people coming to dinner? & Where is a place to hang your coat? & Where do u put your clothes? I think pull out couch would of been better. At least there would be somewhere to sit back & relax. Them little stools don't look very comfy. & Where is the shower drain? Oh yeah this is a computer design, not a real place that's built!

Wash machine can’t fit under sink in reality. Some of your build ins just don’t seem to fit. Also the furniture is too large for room and makes it crowded. Get more slim line furniture.

Nice, tiny house. I am no designer, but appreciate good use for room as I am 76 and have lived in several 1 bedroom apartments and a home we built. The home we lived in 25 years. I currently live in a small 1 bedroom apartment with my partner. I don't know if this house would have to be built on an island or where there are no inhabitants, because neighborhoods have crime & theft, and having a porch out front and an open room in the back where you have washer/dryer and couch in both patios that are open to rain, etc,...well it just seems like a nice house for SIMS, but in the REAL world, it is very impractical! I would enclose the back porch so no crime can happen, or elements and bugs and critters! The front porch could be made smaller for an outside couch and small table, and use some of the space for inside added design. The footage is fine, but there is too much wasted living space for doors with locks! LOL. Just my 2 cents worth.
