I can't imagine anybody wanting to run down narrow stairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.
Yeah, that would be annoying. Even worse is realizing when your half way down that the wood stove on the landing has caught panneling behind it on fire and you're to die, trapped, with an full bladder!

Cute! For 1 of course. I’d put the washer under the island , no need for a counter seat really, and move the fireplace over next to the TV, never have one on a stair platform.

I was thinking that too and it is up close to the wall which is wood.
You should. It is. Not to mention walking back and forth up/down those steps when it's burning and trying not to touch it.
I look at it and think yes it is cute and yes it is pleasing to the eye with all the pops of colour, but it isn't practical as a PERMANENT home because there is absolutely nowhere to put things. No linen press or even really much in the way of a wardrobe in the bedroom. That looked like a small wardrobe. OK for men's suits but what about women's dresses? No chest of drawers for underwear and the like up there either. The bathroom is nice looking but squashed up. Needs more room. I would say this house would be an ideal holiday home for a family who just use it for brief periods at a time. There is nowhere really for books and crafts and toys if there were a child or two in that place. Yes it is good as a granny flat or advertised as a holiday home, but that would be all you could use it for. Even the perimeter land is pretty small. Nowhere to lock up even that bike. In my neighbourhood that bike would be stolen almost immediately. Also the kitchen doesn't support much in the way of pantry items so you would need to live near to food stores so you can replenish stock frequently.

Did not like the inside color on the walls, and it should be a door in front of the washing-machine. When the place is limited, the colors must be as bright as possible. Loved the outside, color etc. And if you shall have a fire in that stove, there must be something covering the walls and the floor to protect them from the heat. And, cover the back of the stairs so you can`t peak through and that you can make small shelfs for store for small items. To little room for storage in the bathroom and that open bedroom upstairs, NO, when you cook all smell goes up, have to be closed in up there. So, the total, I did not like this house to much. Sorry

Du kan bygga flera attefallshus, men alla attefallshus som du har byggt på tomten får vara högst 30,0 m2 tillsammans. Om du uppför attefallshus närmare gränsen än 4,5 meter krävs berörda grannars medgivande för att du ska få bygga attefallshuset utan bygglov.

More of a "granny flat" or teenager's retreat, rather than "house", useful though.
