Make the whole house stone, with a copper roof, make the side patio a screened in porch, and put bookshelves all around the upstairs loft, and dress as an office, and a powder room for guests. Then it would be perfect for me. Lol
I really like the colors on the outside. Inside, I find it a bit cramped with furniture. I'd decorate it differently. Nevertheless, it's such a cute place. Thabk you for uploading ❤
Looks very nice, but the kitchen table blocks the front door from opening all the way. I suggest moving the kitchen table into the middle of the living room area and rotating it 90 degrees. That would free up room to completely open the front door. I would trade out the tub for a tub length shower stall, so there would be room for an in-shower chair or shower bench. The upstairs bedroom is nice but of no use to disabled people. I strongly suggest you present some one story small home plans suitable for the disabled.

An unpropotionally narrow house. 7 to 5 metres would make all the difference. The open terrace can only be used in warm months. Where will you hide the furniture in nasty weather? There is no place to keep the table and the chairs - no shed, no closets, no attic. The living space is microscopic. That rectangular table is in the way - wherever you go. The doors are flimsy, they won't keep warmth in the house in cold seasons. Even a tiny house should be a dwelling with dignity.
One bathroom? Whoever sleeps upstairs would have to go downstairs in the middle of the night? Wouldn’t it be hot upstairs in this global warming world? Constructive criticism as it looks really attractive and I’d love to live there.❤. And I’d like tv sets in the bedrooms, not in living room please😂🤣
Aparently the people that would live in small houses Don't drive anymore, because none of these designs have a garage, or a carport or even a driveway...and loft bedroom seems dangerous and uncorfortable for people with children or pets or anyone older than 50 😐👎👎👎

This house is really cute but doesn't have an oven and the refrigerator is way too small. It needs a place to hang coats at the front door.
