Hi Sheryl, a great alternative for at home workouts would be an exercise band. It can be carefully attached to a hook, under your foot, wrapped around a fixed object, etc.
Great question. Think of it this way... if you were doing lower-body, you probably wouldn't focus on quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves in one day. Not if you're looking to achieve maximum growth anyways. You would want to split your focus areas into multiple days. Chest is an area that most people aim for maximum growth and would prefer to split into a separate day.

Why I think there aren’t a lot of views is like the gym membership situation for a lot of people. They buy a membership so they can get in shape, but ultimately never use it, but still feel better about themselves simply because they have a gym membership.
This is a good POV and valid point, Brando. Keep in mind that we had around a 5-month break where we didn't upload videos. Since then, we have restructured and created some great content to start posting on a regular basis, but that break does have a negative effect on metrics and subscriber engagement.
