    Nice vid. I don't have access to a cable machine. I have resistance bands with a door attachment, would that suffice as a Plan B? Thanks!

      Hey guys this "Rock On" (Hides behind this ridiculous name) person is a troll, he criticises anyone that associates their training with Doug Brignole's methods. His channel is void of any content and has 3 subscribers, probably all his own trolling accounts. He's a troll through and through. Great video Vince

      @@RenzoAlgieri dude, work on your form. Throughout your whole bodybuilding journey you have never built significant leg mass. There's a reason for that. Pure laziness. Thinking you'll sissy squat your way to 30 inch quads is pure ignorance. In your ignorance, anyone pointing out this fact is trolling. Get a clue. Learn to use critical thinking skills. Doug wrote a book on physics of training. It doesn't stop at the exercises he recommends! Whole point of the book is for you to develop the eye to analyze exercises. Part of that analysis is to develop an eye for seeing compromised form, you twit!

      @@RenzoAlgieri and another thing, if you aren't maxing out the weight stack for the cable squat in your first training session, that is the biggest clue you have never built significant leg strength or leg mass!

      Its becouse you havent tried it. I know, it doesnt make sense at first, but just try it. Doug brignole have done a ton of videos about it and yes, it is controversial.
