The boys were probably trained not to run up to dogs and pet/hold them, and so the boys were probably scared to touch her or hold her, in fear they would get in troubel
That's true actually. On top of that, they've never been around a puppy before so it was all new. They knew we were getting her too and saw pictures before we came home etc.

Goldendoodles are just like labradors, they will eat anything that doesn't eat them first, lol! She's a cutie, I'm a lab kinda guy but Goldendoodles have a soft spot in my heart, had one growing up, they're such smart affectionate dogs!

Ruby is beautiful!! I have to tell you I was so happy to see your parents teach each of your boys the proper way to hold a puppy! I have seen so many people just hand their kids a puppy and not explain how to hold it and they end up dropping the puppy as it squirms. Bravo to your mom and dad!! Ruby is so lucky to have so many people to love her and play with her. Can't wait to see her explore and discover on the farm!!

Can’t stop watching your doodle videos. I’m going to pick up my F1 standard goldendoodle girl home this Thursday. She will be my first pet since I became adult (I grew up with three Shiba Inus).
Can’t stop thinking what else I need to buy for her. Always worried that I am not well prepared for her coming. So excited!

omg even since i got a a golden doddle i have seen so many vids of them mine's call paddington he is the sweetest but he's a boy and he's a minnie but i can tell you my friend go one to a year ago and both of our are so super cute

When I picked up my Bella Rose at 6 weeks old...at night she never whined the first time! She knew she had it made! I love our Golden Doodle and it's been 1 year and 3 months since that first day and no regrets at all!

I get mine on Tuesday, shes pre picked though (the one I saw and wanted anyway so I hope shes a perfect fit) our journey is an hour and a half through country and a few tiny towns as well! Excited for my baby girl.

This is why they mix breed these dogs and have no health clearances. So you know, Golden's are supposed to have 4 health clearances... Heart by cardiologist, hips and elbows done AFTER 24 months of age and eyes yearly. But these people mix these dogs and then settled then for thousands and as much or more then reputable breeders do for champion lines with generations of health cleanses. These breeders just prey on prolly that don't know this and just breed these dogs for pure profit

Aww too cute! 🥰 🐶 I have a white F1b Golden doodle with apricot ears and a golden retriever like tail, and she grew really fast. Her feet are even larger than mine even tho my feet are 9 1/2 inches. Perhaps it’s all the fur, but she gets matted very easily if she isn’t brushed out. She’s 60lbs and about 4 ft long when jumping on counters 😂

You do know it is not actually a breed, it's mixed breed they are breeding together and breeding for profit. If it was a breed they would breed true but they don't. They all look different even in the same litter. They are certainly cute, but doodle breeders usually never do health clearances on the parents and just breed them together

We welcomed our first family dog last July, a puppy we rescued and it’s been amazing!!
My advice is try not to get frustrated during the doggy “teen” phase lol!! I kept thinking to myself.... why are you doing that?!? You know better lol!!

dreamflight6000 Oh my goodness yes!!! We’re still working through that at times!!! It’s totally normal though!! Even though it can be so frustrating!
Try to find a puppy obedience class near you. It’s so good for socializing!! And just take her on as many walks and car rides as you can, also great experience for her! ❤️❤️❤️
I want to take her in the car to drop off and pick up Charlie at school but how do I do that?? I'm afraid she'll tear up my car with her sharp teeth.
dreamflight6000 Luckily our pup has never chewed on anything while in our vehicles! But maybe just try a few quick rides where you aren’t actually going somewhere, just I drive into town or something and see how she does. We bring chew things for him to keep him busy, like toys or bully sticks. Rawhide bones are not good for dogs, but any all natural chews are fine, like bully sticks. So hopefully having something to keep her busy will keep her from chewing on things she shouldn’t 😊
