We ate at Texas de Brazil a couple of weeks ago. The bananas are always so good at the end of the meal! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I’m going to make them right now!
My family always made this with over ripe bananas as to use them before they went bad and only a pinch of cinnamon and sugar, but I like your recipe and will send it to them.
One thing though, I don't think your pan handle should be sticking out cuz if you catch yourself on it all that burning ,boiling ,hot oil is flying over you
IS IT OK TO USE PLANTAIN INSTEAD OF BANANAS, DOES IT TASTE THE SAME , GREAT TIP ON ALVACADO OIL ,I WAS GOING TO USE GRAPE SEED OIL.THANK YOU FOR A EASY RECIPE TO FALLOW.
As a Scot I wholeheartedly support frying stuff (exhibit deep fried chocolate bars 😂) and I’m actually irritated I never thought to do this myself. Guess I have a use for those bananas in my kitchen now
First of all, I have to shout out how amazing it is that you mention high heat oil!!! So many people use olive oil to cook and technically it shouldn’t be heated. I use both avocado oil and grape seed oil. That might make a great video - different oils and how they should be used. Second, I NEVER even thought of frying bananas! My mind is blown. I know you can fry plantains, but not bananas. Love it!
this is Brazilian cinnamon banana. the real Brazilian fried banana, you need to cut banana in half, dip in a flour, beaten eggs, bread crumbs and fry in canola oil. essas Americanas que nunca viajou pra o Brasil e nunca comeu comida brasileira autentica faz cada imitacao ne.
Sorry. But that's one fried banana. Not "the" fried banana. That's one we call banana com canela. But exist another type. is "Banana flambada" using less oil and flames. The true fried banana is the "meilanese banana" or ins Brazil: "Banana Milanesa". But your's a nice recipe. Good one.

If you do plantains make sure they’re yellow and not green. The green ones aren’t sweet at all.
My goodness you are so beautiful. Your hair is gorgeous!
how long do you fry the bananas on each side??
It depends on the heat but I do it by eye! Just a few minutes :) it’s a quick treat!! So easy and delicious! 😍❤️

Amazing!! I’ll have to try it!! 🤗❤️ this one is a copycat from Texas de Brazil :)
Literally says “Texas de Brazil”.
What was the salt for?
balances out the sweet, more depth of flavor, like Salted Caramel

she mixed the sugar-cinn-and salt and applied after frying to hot banana
Banana?? Uhhh no. Should be a plantain 🤦♂️
I swear I watched this like 4 times and I haven’t learned anything yet, she’s very distracting 😉
Your comment made me smile! Thanks! 😊

They don’t use bananas though they use plantains
Too much oil
