Thank you for the inspiration, we don't have plantain where I am from but we do have bananas everywhere. So I tried to look for something different than fried plantains cause I knew it wouldn't taste the same anyway, this looks really good!

If only Monkeys could cook. But then again there'd be no jungles left if they could 🔥. There's more ideas for fried bananas than in a bunch of bananas. That's for sure! Not only is fried banana a great dessert in so many ways but add them to a fruit smoothie for a delicious flavour. Dip them in melted chocolate and roll in deccicated coconut. Fried banana in banana bread adds a nice caramelized flavour. It would be a good point to note that a ripe but still firm banana is best for frying. Overripe and they turn to mush.
