My mom gave me some thai bananas. Now I'm writing down the ingredients to go to the grocery store and buy what I need to make this tonight. Hope it comes out like yours. Thanks
You can keep the leftover batter in the fridge and fry days later too. Add 1 or 2 tbsp more water if you like thinner. Enjoy cooking and thanks for watching.
This is such an informative video. Was looking for a banana fritter recipe that looked similar to the ones I ate near nang loeng market and these look just as good.
I love fried bananas so I had to try this! 1/2 of milk wasn’t enough so I definitely had to do 1 cup. I had green bananas on hand so had to use that. It’s delicious but somehow my coating did not stick onto it. Will try it again. I read down the comments and used the red bag rice flour, maybe that was wrong.
Yes, the red bag rice flour. 1/2 water or milk works every time if you like more coating. May add a tablespoon or 2 of milk or water if like thinner coating. Thnks for watching.
I followed the recipe and the batter didn't come out right. I omit the dried shredded coconut + water used to soak the dried coconut. Everything else, I followed. The batter didn't come out liquidy. Instead, it was super dried and clumps up together only. I don't know what I did wrong, or maybe your measurement of coconut milk or water is off?? Idk. But i added more coconut mik as needed until it's the consistency that I like. The final result was a yummy and super duper crunchy fried bananas. This is my far my favorite recipe bc I love crunchy fried bananas.
I'm glad it is finally work for you. You may add a couple tbsp more liquid to make it thinner. I love thicker crunchy coating so I keep the batter thicker. Thanks for watching.
No. Add extra 1/4 cup water or milk, see if it is good enough for you. If it is too thick, might need more liquid. I like shredded coconut and haven't tried without it. Thanks for watching.
I followed directions to the T and I know the 1/2 cup of milk, coconut milk or water is not enough liquid to make the batter. The flour soaks it so quick do I had to add more coconut milk to get actual batter.
Sorry to hear that. Add more milk or water and see how it goes. Try mixing a couple times, and you will find the right mix for you batter. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for watching. Instead of banana, you can use sweet potato, yam, purple potato, and plantain. Stay safe and enjoy cooking!
0ne cup sugar is too much
I love how you also included what to do with the leftover batter. Overall very informative video.
Thanks for watching.
Aaarrrggghhh lovely

Been waiting for this 🍌👍
Will the measurements still be the same if I don’t add the shredded coconut?
No. Add extra 1/4 cup water or milk, see if it is good enough for you. If it is too thick, might need more liquid. I like shredded coconut and haven't tried without it. Thanks for watching.

What kind of exactly rice flour do you used? Maybe I used the wrong one and mine turn out soggy, not crunchy at all. Please let me know. Thanks
Red bag rice flour. Need corn starch to make it crunchy. Thanks for watching
1 cup sugar ? Very sweet ?
Just right, not sweet at all.
