      @RippyCrack หลายเดือนก่อน +12

      Yeah, I also noticed that he plans his moves ahead of time... before he gets the ball, he knows exactly what he's going to do and he has an idea of how other players would react as well, almost like he sees the future

      He reads the game so quickly and has an incredible instinct to do the right thing in the most difficult of circumstances and under immense pressure. Ally this to his sharpness, balance and body strength at his peak and he was pretty well unplayable.

      Messi follows Occam's Razor: When provided with multiple options to solve one situation, the simplest one is better.
      You can do all kinds of tricks to get past a defender like Neymar and Ronaldinho, but all Messi needs is a body feint.
      The only problem is, it's simple on paper.

    It’s not that deep bro. It is just about moving the team around and having a spectacular team around you that also commands a double team on each player. Everyone on that FCB team could dribble, pass and shoot. Look at Dani Alves, very one footed but was lethal with that foot. You could remove Messi from that team and put a bum in his place and the team would still be epic.

      You know many bums that scored 50+ and assisted 20+ while being spectacular in every other offensive stat during that year? There's a reason Barca was focused on giving Messi total freedom to move and create as he feels for 15+ years. Because his football ability provided more value than anyone else this generation has seen, and statistically, more value than anyone this game has ever seen.

    Dont trust the maths of a man who didnt calculate ronaldo has more career goals than messi . His whole messi has a once in a lifetime goal tally is false or at best goes against the arguement for messi as goat.

      The goal tally of Ronaldo of 0.72 per game while also being a great dribbler and passer, especially during his youth and prime is a once-in-a-generation event.
      The goal tally of Messi of 0.79 while also being the best dribbler, passer, playmaker, creator and visionary of his generation (at least) is a once-in-a-lifetime event.

    It'll be more than 74 years before we see another Messi. He's just talking about his goalscoring rate. Doesn't even account for the fact that he's the greatest playmaker that's ever lived, too.

    So mathematically, Messi would be the strongest entity in the Marvel comic universe..can literally maniplate time through dribbling whilst on the ball, and space by exploiting gaps in opponent defensive structures...the dude is the definition of a god

  • @DarthwRath
    @DarthwRath หลายเดือนก่อน

    Take away all the stats, goals, trophies and he's still the best thing to ever grace a football pitch. His movements with or without the ball is just superior by a lot, his unexplainable bird's eye vision & his presence itself.
    He ran like a mad wild cat when he was young and that version of him was dangerous. He walks around as if he's chilling in his mid 30s and he's still the most dangerous player. The only one to play that way and to have multiple prime eras.
    Over 80% of all footballing legends picks him as The GOAT. The list of names are Paolo Maldini, Thierry Henry, Ronaldinho, R9, Cafu, Roberto Carlos, Zinedine Zidane, Gianluigi Buffon, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Andrea Pirlo, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, Paul Scholes, Wayne Rooney, Luka Modric, Marco Van Basten, Ruud Gullit, Wesley Sneijder, Gary Linekar, Didier Drogba, Samuel Eto'o, Alan Shearer, Eden Hazard, Sergio Ramos, John Terry, Ricardo Kaka, Johan Cruyff, Dimitar Berbatov, Raul Blanco, Michael Laudrup, Philipp Lahm, Franz Beckenbauer, Deco, Robin Van Persie, Ryan Giggs.....
    That's just some of them. I try to not include the ones who played with Messi in Barcelona/Argentina (some slipped in). The ones that did play with Messi don't bother with silly debates because they saw all kinds of sorcery during training with Leo. Legends themselves like Carles Puyol, Xavi Hernandez, Andres Iniesta, Rafael Marquez, Dani Alves, Pedro, David Villa, Jordi Alba, Di Maria, Sergio Aguero, Neymar, Tevez and more.
    Then we have coaches and managers.
    - Pep calls Messi the best ever every few weeks once because journalist keeps asking him to compare Messi with his Man City players.
    - Arsene Wenger says Messi is the greatest of all time in 2010.
    - Jurgen Klopp says he has only 1 selfie in his phone and it's with Messi. It was taken at an event where CR7 was in the room.
    - Fabio Capello wants 18 year old Messi and has been a fan of Messi since.
    - Carlo Ancelloti says he doesn't talk about Messi infront of his own players fearing it would only scare them.
    - Jose Mourinho, a Portuguese guy who coached a prime CR7 in Real Madrid calls Messi "The God of Football".
    His other names? Alien, magician, the unmarkable and Not-Human. Yet he never kisses his own ass and talks down or ill of others. A role model on and off the pitch. Doesn't dive, doesn't throw tantrums, the best team player & lives a simple no nonsense, no drama life. Which is why he's respected by not just footballers, but many² athletes of all types of sport.
    74 years? Nah, we will never ever see another Leo Messi. He is once in all existence. Be glad you were there to witness it all and with the beauty of modern technology, you can rewatch all of it in High Definition.

    Every 74 years you can expect another Messi to come along in Argentina. But what are the odds that every 25-30 years a other genius comes along from Argentina (Messi, Maradona before him, Di Stefano in the 50s).
