Do your boxes properly, I lost my beloved forged 400hp and 500nm(on wheels) cupra R due to gearbox failure . It was fully reinforced (steel forks, 4th gear reinforcement, shaft, and box reinforcement)and lasted about 3 months. in 3dr gear at full boost the front right wheel locked and in next second car was of the road hitting a tree. Build your boxes to last if you put big turbos.

@10:25 u cant remember nothing , u dont wanna say it, classified info all over you're channel , u afraid of someone copying you on all youre videos . ur right , just open gearboxes , engines , some misscheleanous but never made it youreself(maybe 1/2 job done ) ... , i would stick that gopro on me all day long , 1 day edit , but with good infos , youdd be so much helpfull for others
Please can tell why 02M 6speed gearbox should be stronger than 02J 5speed one? I see darkside guys have race big issues with 02M on 500 newton meters tdi engine even if they get it beefier. 02M is more complex and expensive than 02J to rebuild. And then once reinforcing braces, 4th gear support and steel forks installation with 02M nobody can be sure that multimillion dollars tranny to be out of wearing and destroying specially when single mass flywheel use. 02M seems like to be rich guys fashion only. Let' tell I'm wrong!

What kind of rod do you put in the shaft? It looks like the opening is bigger on one side than the other. Do u need some kinda spacer?
Do you mean the solid shaft mod? Where a shaft is pressed inside the hollow tube and welded in place to give alot more strength against it bending
