- Form I-907 is particularly useful for employers and individuals who need a quick decision on their petition due to time-sensitive job start dates or other urgent circumstances.
Some Eligible Applications and Petitions:
• Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, for most categories of nonimmigrant workers, such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, and others.
• Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, for certain employment-based green card categories including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3, but not all subcategories are eligible for premium processing.

Thank you, @ProfDan for all you do. I have a quick question. Is it required to attach two passport-size photographs to the Form I-140 when submitting it?
It is not required if submitting only form I-140. It is, however, required during the adjustment of status (form I-485) stage. If you are filing concurrently, i140, i485, then it is needed.

It depends on the category you are filing your form I-907 for. For example, if filing i907 with i140, it's through mail. Filing i907 with/for i765 is strictly online. Filing i907 with/for i539 can be online or by mail.
