What should I put in Part 6 #8 (wages) if I'm a self-petitioner without a job offer? Should I align this to the median wage of the job title I propose? Also, can I use my credit card here in the Philippines to pay for the I-140 fee? The USCIS website states that "You may pay your filing fee and biometric services fee, if applicable, with a credit card issued by a U.S. bank. There is no additional cost to file by credit card. We cannot accept a credit card issued by a foreign bank." Thank you.

If I have never been to the United States, do I not need to fill in 10-15 of part 3 (including my passport number and expiration date) 1. I filled in 1a-c of part 4, does that mean I should leave 2b blank? 2. Of 3, 4, and 5 in part 4, does only 4 need to be filled in in the native language, or should 3 and 5 also be filled in in the native language? (I saw that other tutorials suggested that 3 and 5 should also be in the native language). 3. Hi Prof Dan Thanks for explaining how we can avoid mistakes when filling out Form I-140. Although the EB-2 NIW is an employment-based visa, question 6a in form I-140 is related to the employer/job provider. How does it apply to a self-petitioner? I am unable to understand; it is very confusing.
