Finally, Part 6. "Basic Information About the Proposed Employment." I filled out parts 1, 2, 3, and 8. However, I don't know what I should put in parts 4, 6 and 7 since it will be a proposed employment. I was thinking to check "yes" on those or leave them blank.

Hi Doriane. Thanks for your words. To your question: no, don't worry about that. A waiver of job offer really means that they are waiving the labor certification process because of your important work for the united states. In fact, this was my case... i was employed at the time and I showed them my offer letter and support letters from my employer too.

Please suggest if some one has cited many government and external sources, does it necessary to have a hard copy of that document in the Exhibits or a citation with enough details of the publicly available document is sufficient. This is for where for example more than 20 sources (public) has been cited in the letter. Thanks

Does the birth and marriage cerrificates need to be translated into English?
What about the education? Only the transcript or the diplomas as well. What about the pensum?
Any document that is now originally in English need to be translated. If the education is foreign you need credential evaluation report, you can check that video

Es muy parecido pero los requisitos son diferentes entonces la petición se estructura de acuerdo a cada serie de requistos. Por ejemplo en eb1 no hay los famosos three prongs the Dhanasar. Saludos!
The document size is huge, how did you post mail it? And how much was the cost?
I don't recall the exact cost, but it is a minor part of the overall process.

1. "Information about his or her last arrival in the US" since I haven't been to US yet will I need to simply complete Passport Number & Expiry Date? or leave the whole section blank?
if you read carefully, that section is for people that are in the US
Hello Óscar and thank you very for such amazing content. I am living in Australia and 1 month ago I sent my application and supporting documents to apply for the EB2 NIW to the Texas service centre because I applied through the premium processing. I have never received a notice of action from USCIS accepting my application. However, today, I receive here in Australia my application and supporting documentation with a message saying that there was incomplete information on form I-140 points 9a to 9e (employer address), which in my opinion it is incorrect because I am applying for this visa due to I do not have a job offer nor an employer to be my sponsor. I am applying for the EB2 NIW as master degree graduate from an Australian University and I prepared an endeavour related to the production of an organic substrate to contribute to the food security of the US. This is a very strange observation and could you suggest how should I proceed? Thanks in advance.
Hi Nelson, it is hard for me to say anything because I do not have the information on your case. It sounds strange they are asking for that. Can you double check that this is really all they are asking for? The form has many parts, the numbers change in each part of the form. Also, make sure you specified you were applying for EB2 NIW and not any other class of EB2 (in part2). If you download my form you can see how to fill it out correctly. It is in www.eb2niw.info. Also, I have an old SS# that was issued to me while I lived and worked in the U.S. on an F-1 and H1-b over 17 years ago. I am not living in the U.S at the moment, so now that I am filling in the I-140, do I still write down my SS# down? I read somewhere that once the U.S. government issues you a SS# that it is for life.

I like to see more than three, but the emphasis you be on the quality more than quantity and make sure you have independent letters. I have a recent video about it

Yes, you need to. There's not special address for international petitioners

I am not sure what you mean by WES Canada. You need the report to show equivalency to a US degree, not a Canadian one

Hi, I am not sure, I don't have enough info. School teacher endeavors are generally hard to get approved but there are exceptions, please consult a lawyer if you need help.

1. ETA-9089- Appendix A
2. ETA -9089- Final Determination
3. ETA-9089 the employer information one.

Hi Kesavan. Two things. If you are indian born maybe EB2 NIW is not the right choice for you because there is a decade of backlog. Second, if you only have bachelor without 5 years of post graduation experience, then you need to prove exceptional ability. Please read about it if you are interested

How are you able to do this without an employer sponsor? Everywhere I read an EB3 or I-I40 form is asking for employer information.
There are two categories where you don't need sponsor: EB-2 NIW and EB-1A

I'm not sure what you are referring to. The i-140 is the first part of the process, then you have to go to the consulate for interview and get their final approval but 140 is the more difficult step

Hi, depending on where you are and their current worload, it can be normal. Maybe your package arrived only a few days ago depending on where you are shipping from. Usually they charge the fee within the first 3 weeks, but let's see if you hear back soon.

UU. para cada credencial académica que enviarnos (por ejemplo, diploma de escuela secundaria, licenciatura, expediente académico, etc.) Además, contendrá una sección que enumera cada curso en cada transcripción asignado, asigne a cada curso una calificación equivalente a los EE. UU. y horas de crédito, y proporcione el promedio de calificaciones (GPA). Los trabajos de curso para este informe se ordenarán por nivel, con el fin de proporcionar una clara diferenciación entre los cursos de pregrado y posgrado.
El Curso de Educación Divisional se recomienda para los solicitantes interesados en asistir a la Escuela de Posgrado, donde los cursos individuales, la transferencia de créditos y/o un Grado El promedio de puntos (GPA) es relevante o obligatorio.
Entonces cual es el que debemos solicitar?, porque lógicamente difieren en precio.
Además quisiera que nos explicaran tambien si es necesario enviar los documentos originales.

Hola! Como explico en el vídeo no necesitas un informe por cursos, sino de documento. La agencia te puede pedir lo que consideren necesario para evaluar tus estudios pero lo que tú necesitas de ellos es un informe que indique razonadamente a qué título americano equivale tus estudios.
En relación a los originales, eso debes preguntarselo a la agencia, no a mi. Cada empresa opera de una forma diferente. En mi video también explico eso. Saludos
