It's so good! I look this recipe. Definitely not bland. I am a taste sensitive snob. I dislike bland tasteless food. This bread has a mild nutty taste and not crumbly at all. We only eat it toasted on medium and it’s soft and light. There’s not a great taste difference between both recipes. Adding gf oats adds a slight texture. The other with a little black buckwheat flour a tiny amount a extra flavour but very subtle. Please try it and let me know. Ps I made an overnight soaked whole buckwheat groats bread once 2 ingredients just water. That was disgusting and I threw it out. Happy baking ❤️
As mentioned at 02:36 in the second recipe swap oats for buckwheat flour or I have also used buckwheat flakes My recipe link with all details is in the description too. Happy baking!
Hello @ambern.9887 I actually used both. This is the list of ingredients Ingredients 2 ways * Buckwheat flour or raw buckwheat groats ground - 350g * or remove 50g of flour and 50g 1.8 oz 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flakes, or buckwheat flakes * Salt - 1 ts * Baking powder - 1.5 ts * Baking soda (bicarb) - 1/2 ts (updated 2/10/24) * Milk regular or your choice of plant-based - 420g, 15 oz (2 cups) * Sweetener like honey or date syrup - 1 tablespoon * Apple Cider Vinegar or white vinegar - 1 tablespoon

My wife is gluten intolerant too, but can eat breads made from kamut or einkorn. Lots of recipes online.
@@moe331 thanks for the tips, I must see if I can buy those flours here in Sweden.
Can I use Einkorn or Spelt flour instead of buckwheat with this recipe
I haven’t tested with alternatives but I think it would be great.
