Hello, my dear subscribers and viewers! 🌟 Today, I'm going to show you how to bake the best gluten-free, sugar-free, and yeast-free bread using only lentils! 🌾🍞 This recipe is not only healthy but also incredibly delicious and easy to prepare in just 5 minutes.
We start with 200 g of lentils, which we fill with water and let sit for at least an hour. Then, rinse the lentils thoroughly and place them in a blender. Add 75 ml of water and blend well with an immersion blender. Now comes the fun part that gives your bread an unforgettable flavor: add olive oil, red onions, grated zucchini, and a bit of salt. 🌿🥒
Once you have mixed the ingredients well, add flaxseeds, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, and leavening agent. This combination gives our bread the perfect consistency and great taste. 🔄👩🍳
Once everything is well combined, grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Sprinkle with a few more flaxseeds and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes. The result is a wonderfully aromatic and healthy bread that pairs perfectly with any meal. 😋🔥

Recipe 1 and ingredients:
200 g lentils.
Fill with water.
Let sit for 1-2 hours.
Drain the water.
Rinse lentils thoroughly.
75 ml water.
Blend with an immersion blender.
Olive oil.
Red onion.
A bit of salt.
100 g grated zucchini.
Mix well.
20 g flaxseeds.
Grind in a coffee grinder.
Mix well.
A bit of salt.
1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
20 g psyllium husk.
Mix all ingredients well.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
I poured the dough into the dish.
Sprinkle with flaxseeds.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
Recipe 2 and ingredients:
200 g lentils.

30 ml olive oil.
Blend with an immersion blender.
2 tablespoons rice.
Grind in a coffee grinder.
6 tablespoons water.
3 tablespoons flaxseeds.
Grind in a coffee grinder.
20 g pumpkin seeds.
Chop with a knife.
1 apple.
A bit of salt.
Coriander.
2 tablespoons oats.
10 g baking powder.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
I poured the dough into the dish.
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
I made lots of lentil breads before but this one with caramelized onions turned out so delicious that I can eat it on its own. Definitely a keeper! Danke schon!!❤️😋

Wie machst du das ? Also welche Rezepte nimmst du? Bzw gibt es ein einfaches Weg, ohne dass es alles lange dauert ?
Ich habe mir das Buh vom Brotbacken gekauft von Eva Wellenberg und hier gibt es 60 Rezepte und dabei auch welche ohne Weizenmehl und auf Badis von Hafrrflocken oder gemahlenen Mandeln. Soñar ein Rezept mit Früchtemüsli. Ich lebe zwar nicht in Deutschland, konnte aber auch hier über Amazon das Buch kaufen und bin sehr zufrieden @@SirBoronoaSirBoronoa

Don't add up anything flax seed ground or 1/2 tsp of phlysilium husk is enough or almond flour but on my recipe, i won't add up any of them only some days flax seeds less them i cup of yogurt some olive oil or not.
Rest is same seeds as you want.

What is a raising agent, is it yeast?😊
This is the first time in my life ever making something like this, and I made the onion one first it just came out of the oven and it's delicious. I didn't have pumpkin seeds so I used pistachio nuts instead and it's great. I'm just putting in the second one and again no pumpkin seeds and putting apple slices on top bc., my 93 yr, old mother asked me too, but I bet it'll be just as good!!!
