WOW I first met Dr. Haas 30 years ago doing the false fat cleanse. He was amazing then and seeing him now on this video is proof of his teaching. He looks the same same age same everything LOL, when he said he was 72 I was dumbfounded he looks 45. That right there is proof we all need to jump on this lifestyle more than ever, love you Dr. Haas and thank you for getting my best friend pregnant 18 years ago after all hope was lost.
