    Everyone needs to hear this 🙏 No producitivity hack will ever work if the nutritional foundation is out of alignment. I remember when I was addicted to potato chips and had late night snacks, washing it all down with a couple beers. I woke up tired and slightly hungover.
    For the past 3+ years I have been mindful of my eating and so much has changed - my looks, my energy, my mood and my confidence have all greatly improved thanks for making better food choices. Thank you for sharing this important message with the world 👌

    Najib, I really enjoyed watching this clip. Those of us interested in all things diet and how it impacts our lives would have at some point come across some of this info, however, the connection you've made between our productivity at workplaces and diet is a game changer!
