I wish they could keep the price below $500.
      Reasonable and fair.
Why not think outside the same greedy parasitic hardware formula and cut to the future and own the day.
Price this at a somewhat affordable price and sell it with in a few bundles at this reduced cost.
      Take over the market.

@@Sideways_Singh simagic is better than fanatec in terms of function, looks, durability and price... also fanatec is evolving very slow. meanwhile simagic made huge improvements and still is with revolutionary and cheap products at the same time. i feel like fanatec got the slight better DD and software, but lacks in everything else. Just look at something silly like the handbrake. Simagic went all out building a riged, good looking and nice feeling handbrake. meanwhile the fanatec one falls apart just by looking at it.

Definitely an easy option if they make them compatible to the P1000 and P2000 pedal plates, would possibly the best pedal set, P1000 throttle with damper, clutch and active brake on the plate would be a done deal! Nice to see innovation to make it so compact, using a belt to reduce worm drive ‘feel’ is a good and quiet option. Good work.

  • @cedric1808

Cool but... reducing length only to double the height isn't really making it compact.
Most plates can accommodate the length of the Simucube pedal.
Also, and that's a big one, their trick is to separate the actuator from the drive unit, and connect the 2 with... a belt?!?
That's a big point of potential failure there.
That's one of the reasons even entry level steering wheels have moved away from belts

Making these top-end realistic active pedals that give the user a better feel of the FFB and it should help them shave seconds of time of their lap time.
The issue today is all these $3k wheels and $3500k active pedals are just for the best possible top-level sim racers, professional racecar drivers or Joe Rogan or Elon Musk kinda rich people who see money as fun coupons.
