I was doing heat for sciatica on my buttock,ankle,leg,warmth felt warm Very Slight relief Saw this video its been 3 days fills better, iced pain free 1 day,pain now isn't constant I stopped heat No figure 8 Been doing gluten as stated that also relieved some pain I've tried may videos this one works for me Thank you❤
@@PT4Everybody You are a gamechanger, too. I was dying, before i found you on TH-cam. My Doctor Dobler in Germany, told me to be active and gives me Painkiller, which didn't help me out. You give us some advices, now i can walk. The Ischias still hurts. But is now 5/10. Thank you very much.🥰❤️
You are right. ICE works best! I sat in a recliner with a bottle of frozen water on my left waist/buns side & with the legs up propped another bottle of frozen water under my left knee. I fell asleep for an hour. I woke up and could walk around my living room with almost complete normalcy. I still am walking much better Sorry but those 'exercises' just don't do much to ease my Sciatica pain. Ice is wonderful! Thank you so much. PS-I put the bottle of water in a white clean sock so it wasn't melting all over me. i refreeze when through.
An ergonomic saddle stool can be great! It helps your pelvis stay in a more neutral position while your sitting. However, I always recommend people "try before they buy" to make sure it works for your body!
Thanks dear,will stop going to the doctor, I have just used ice and felt a change. Not going to try stretches anymore. I have stopped taking Eltroxin,it's 3 weeks after reading somewhere on my phone. Otherwise.....application for death

Hey there! Caffeine can sometimes mess with our nerves, making sciatica pain worse. Best to keep an eye on your caffeine intake if you're dealing with sciatica.

Yes, I ice Alo Vera don’t sit lie down 1 hour, 😅😊😊, 1 hour 30 minutes 2hrs max. Workouts exercise.
