    Thank you, Uliana, for this relaxing and encouraging yoga sequence🌴🌺🌴 I have not done Vinyasa yoga on my own for over a year. It was great to do it again at home and not at the gym. Your videos have been helping me with my 2nd round of 30 day yoga challenge. I choose whatever fits me my need for the day from your yoga videos.

    I love your intermediate flows! They're beyond beginner but still feel based in serenity (instead of calorie burning). Also, I love the soft ambient music that's played. I heard chill hop in one of your other videos, and I liked that too!

    really nice thank you. Im going to do this as the filling of my ashtanga sandwich. (appologies to all purists). Full primary every day is a little to punishing for me.
