    You are the only yoga instructor I routinely practice with online. When I practice at home it's 95% with your videos only! Thank you for the diverse styles and for sharing your techniques with us! Love you Uliana!

    Thank you Uliana, it was great to spend 1/2hr with you. It was all good, all within my ability range and i could adjust intensity of stretches for most of the poses. Feeling more balanced and unwrinkled now :-) I hope you are well.

    I thought 30 mins might be too long for me but it flew by! Couldn't believe it when we suddenly got to the end. I'm trying to move into downward dog as gracefully as you do Uliana, I'm getting there. At the beginning I thought I felt fine and that i might not feel much difference at the end. That was daft. Have i not learnt yet!? At the end I felt so much lighter and like I had energy buzzing through me. I love it. I am such a yoga convert. 3 months of almost daily Uliana practice now so I think it's time to treat myself to a proper yoga mat and some blocks. Thank You. 🤗🤗💖💖

      A good yoga mat can help you with downward dog)) I remember I started practicing without the yoga mat and downward dog was really really challenging, then when I tried doing it on a good grippy mat I finally understood why teachers say "take a break in downward facing dog" :D it's so much easier when you have a good grip and feet and hands don't slide))

    I'm a regular gym goer, generally lifting pretty hard and heavy. Over the years my body got incredibly tight not to mention couple of injuries along the way. For those reasons I really wanted to try yoga but had no idea where to start. Digging the YT I eventually ended up here picking this video purely because I liked very calming atmosphere and soothing voice. I've been doing this routine for about 2 weeks now practising most days and I can honestly say the difference is remarkable! In both, body and mind. The weight training definitely benefits from added yoga too!
    Question for Ulianna here if I may: would you stick to the same routine at the beginning just to build some general flexibility first as I have done or would you recommend more variety and if so in what proportions? Many thanks!

    • @yogawithuliana
      @yogawithuliana  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Happy to hear you are experiencing the benefits of yoga on your body and mind!
      As for your question, both options are fine :) I personally crave variety and love changing up my practice, but there are styles of yoga (like Ashtanga, Bikram) where people practice the same sequence for years and see the same benefits)
      So feel free to practice the same video for a while if that feels good for you) if there are particular parts of your body that need more flexibility (hips, hamstrings, shoulders etc), you can also add 1-2 more targeted practices for these areas into your routine to mix it up))
