Just wanted to let you all know that I passed with a 92 on my first take of the test. I took the live class and recommend it to anyone getting into the business or for the old school guys like me getting back into the business. I just completed my CE with Affinity, online and it was an easy process as well.
What is a CE with Affinity? I have my exam in a week, I been studying here and there thinking of taking this course.

BTW, right of rescission also applies to all reverse mortgages. It's refinances of primary residence (real property), HELOCS, and all reverse mortgages.

Right to rescission applies to car financing & car leasing bc both are consumer credit transactions.

Yes, reverse mortgage borrowers also have a 3 business day right to rescind.

My gf is almost done with her divorce, can I refinance with her house with my name and still go buy another house down the road?
You're best bet is to wait the divorce out and see what is in the final papers. Talk to a licensed mortgage professional in the state the home is located to determine eligibility to refinance with your girlfriend after the divorce.
My NMLS exam got cancelled because of the rona virus ☹️
Mine got canceled to... I was scheduled to take it last saturday and they canceled it on Friday night. 😑😑
