@@gr88820 lots of practice tests and watched videos like these. I took practice tests on 2 different websites so like 12 different tests
@@gr88820 affinity real estate and mortgage training videos on TH-cam also helped a ton
Took my test for the first time today and got an 84%
Godzilla (TILA Reg. Z) comes before the King (RESPA ((REX)). That's how I remember it.

How’d your test go?
I'm about to choose my school for online learning for Loan Origination. Thank you for posting a video...I wanted to check out your vocal delivery, you sound great! I'm a Trainer in Aviation Logistics, onboarding/or recertifying groups of 10 to 40 and spend 10 hours/day teaching 4 days a week. Looking forward to my new part-time position with Rocket Mortgage as a 1099 work from home loan originator on my 3 days off from my full time job. I have a feeling I will go into this full time as I progress.

I wish your videos on the Ultimate Exam Prep was as detailed as this video.
They were all one dimensional & rushed through.
No words, icons or demonstrations popping up on the screen as this video.
It's very hard to remember & actually learn if it just someone talking fast over a screen.
Please detail everything on the videos like an actual TV broadcast.
I failed my exam with a 65% & I'm now looking for a better exam prep course besides Mortgage Educators.

I have completed 20 hrs PE course with you now I am taking my NMLS SAfe exam on Jan 28th. I have done all your videos, Read books about 5 times. Created my own Flashcards, Completed all quiz and practice exam you gave me with the courese. Is it enough order to pass the exam on the first go? I am very scared of it. Should I buy more practice exams?

Hopa is now HPA without the 0! ( in my books)Will the test bring the O as HOPA to confuse us?
HOEPA and HPA are two different things and they are BOTH relevant. HOEPA is the Home Owner's "Equity" Protection Act and HPA is the Homeowner's Protection Act. The first, HOEPA is dealing with High Priced Mortgage Loans HPMLs and the second HPA, is dealing with Private Mortgage Insurance rules.
