regarding the no.6 question. My textbook “ mortgage lending principles & practices,9th edition” provide the correct answer is B. Why do u think it has two different answer? Thanks in advance.

loving what you are doing here. Thank you very much. Minor bone to pick.. Safe MLO rules allow you to take the initial test, a "repeat" after 30 days if you fail, and then a second "repeat", if you failed that. Then the 6 month wait, start all over. My point is there is only 2 repeats allowed if you fail the first time. You seem to be counting the initial test as a repeat.I know I am splitting hairs, but that is this test we are taking. Reading every word over and over. Still,, I love what you are doing and this is tying many things together. You are awesome to be giving access to your knowledge. You speed and in-depthness (the choices you made to control these things) is very well planned and effective teaching. There is a special place for teachers..

The correct answer to your last question was C but you stated D which is incorrect. Please correct for future students.
Tend to agree with you. Should be C. He didn't do anything wrong himself, so he'd be granted a license. On the other hand, D. suggests that while he would be granted, a person cannot be held accountable for activity in another state. But the NMLS is as the name suggests a NATIONWIDE entity, so it's assumed that activity in another state would end up in the registry if reported. So it's somewhat confusing and a number of other questions in their material seem to have similar hazy answers.

Ya definitely C. If someone commits fraud in another state that will prevent them from being licensed again in a new state. Also the first question was strangely worded. You don’t take a loan app with the expectation of payment. You close a loan with that expectation but the wording suggests possibly even charging for an app which is illegal underrrr...tila? How would you expect to get paid before knowing if someone will qualify either? Just a poor choice of words

Yes.... record your test prep book in a recorder app. Listen to the material
Thanks! I take the test in about 23 days so I’m prepping as much as i can. Taken it once and got a 70 so trying to swing at it again.

There are several sections/chapters to the course. Each has its own video/audio that can be downloaded. Have you started the chapter? You should see this option...

You say that the answer is D but your verbal description on the answer sounds more like C- he will be granted a license because he didn't lose his originally. Can you clarify?

Hello - I have tried to call and email. I need to ask about the audio that comes with the purchase. Before I ordered and paid for it I asked your office if it came with it and he said yes for online classes. I do not see where I can download that. Please let me know how I may download the audio IF it does not come with AUDIO I would like to cancel, please. I just paid for it this morning. Pleaes, let me know what is best.

I have a question on the number 6 quiz. How can I get the question answered? If the MLO committed a money laundering or fraud crime in another state, he can move to a different state and keep his license?
I thought the answer should be C. He shouldn't lose his license because it doesn't state we had anything to do with company losing it's license.
Question about you saying you can retake the test 3 times in the same period. If the person fails once as the question takes, they can only retake it 2 more times in that period and fail before having to wait 6 months - so wouldn't that make the statement false?
Overthinking like this will definitely cause you to fail! Good luck and keep it simple.
It's not overthinking, this commenter is properly interpreting the question based on how it was written grammatically. The question specifically used the word "repeat" and not "take". So if you can take it three times, you have repeated it twice. Hopefully the real exam questions have been screened by multiple parties so we don't have this problem.
Xxrison you have wrong, if you are ever convicted of fraud any kind of fraud. You won’t be eligible for a license, felony assault is ok after 7 years but fraud no. Please correct me if I’m wrong but the teacher is right.
You should get approved by the nmsl and make money of that your classes are very explicit... Thank You

What is the difference between the 2 types of paid test prep courses
One is Basic and one is Advance. The advance course contains additional study material, online flashcards, an advance study manual, etc.

I have a test scheduled in mid September. I need a really good test prep refresher. I tried two other companies previously. First time I missed passing by 1 Question. Second time with with different prep course is missed by 5 questions. What do you have that can help? I know I can pass but seems like the previous courses only prepare you partially for test.

If an individual fails a test, he can only take the test two more times before waiting for six months not three more times, because he or she has already failed once. I think your answer is wrong.
