Do you plug the usb microphone into the computer or ps4? And just to clarify, the stream hears the usb microphone, but your party hears your headset. Is that right?

I've been looking for so many videos and finnaly found the right one thank you so much for this it really helped many people don't explain it good but this was great!
If anyone else is having an issue I’ve been having, when your recording in OBS and the recording is choppy, just change FPS from 60 FPS in OBS setting and change it 30 FPS. It runs extremely smooth after that.

I’ve been struggling for weeks with a 60s+ til I realized it wasn’t compatible then I got the regular Hd60 s and was still struggling. Glad I found this bc I was feelin like a complete idiot 😂

Just incase anyone ever comes looking for the answer to this With the HD60s+ you have to download the "4k capture utility" as the "game capture HD" will tell you the HD60S+ isn't supported And you cannot have streamlabs opened at the sametime whilst trying to use this, had to go into it to change audio to analog because there was no sound to stream on my PS4

Everything is good but when I open capture HD it says NO SIGNAL - IS THE NINTENDO SWITCH CONNECTED TO THE HDMI INPUT AND POWERED ON? With a picture of a switch. The switch is powered on and on the TV but NOT in the program. Any ideas.

But I need a laptop with like at least 400$ so you can capture gameplay with no lag and it can be strong

Pacers Gaming let’s say I have two systems. If I wanted to stream from both simultaneously, could I hook up two HD60 S+ to one Laptop or Computer or do I need two laptops?
We might test out plugging in 2 capture devices to one PC and see if they are recognized separately (I’m thinking they won’t be off the top of my head). But the bigger problem is likely going to be with the streaming software, since generally you can’t open multiple instances of it at a time on the same computer. Which leaves you only able to stream to one account at a time. The best solution would be getting another PC laptop and having both be separate from each other. That would result in the least amount of problems or technical issues! [spencer]
Hi! Very nice tutorial, i really liked it. I've got one question: if i use the chat link on ps4 for hearing party and game audio on my headset, i can't hear the PC audio for the follows, sub etc. How can I solve this problem? Also, is there any setting that allows me to capture the game audio, party audio and pc audio without any cable and hearing it in my headset? The game capture HD software allows you to do it, but the Streamlabs Obs does not. How can i fix it?

Not all games will have 120 fps capabilities, and if someone is watching on something like mobile they wont be able to see all those frames and i dont think TH-cam even supports that amount of frames. Its up to you, though, if I was in your position I’d stick with what you have
For general recording that doesn't require anything fancy is there any notable difference between the HD60 S and the HD60 S+? I'm really only going to be using it for recording the base gameplay and handcam. Anything fancy I will probably do in post editing.
Personally i'd go for HD60 S. The Game Capture HD software is only compatible on the S model not on the S+. It is loads better than the software used for the S+ at least in my experience. It's been 4 months since your post so i hope whatever you ended up choosing is the right one for you.

@6:50 he explains that having just a simple headset on wont capture your audio because they're isnt anything pulling your audio into your computer. You will need to get a USB microphone and add that through stream labs as your main audio input capturing device.
This video really helped me out. Turns out all I was missing was the chatlink cable. Which sucks for PS4 but atleast its all figured out now. Thanks guys!

I have seen bare (a lot) of these types of vids, this covers everything, best bloody tutorial helping vid thingy i have ever seen, like on god, i love u just subbed, just wasted over two phuckin hours wasting my time when i could've watched this vid. FML, apart from whether i can use a PC instead of a Laptop
This video saved me from ripping my hair out lol. The elgato was not outputting video or audio if I had OBS or elgato's game capture software open. It would only output if they were closed, and all it took was disabling HDCP on my PS4 to get it to work.
You forgot one thing, how do you hear your audio from pc then? Notifications from OBS or Streamlabs? This is just a standard video that everyone does but nobody show a solution for the PC sound

Plug it into the PC, and yes you are correct!

So, when the next generation of consoles roll out, will I need to upgrade my capture card to say, some 120 FPS capture card?

This helped so much now I can stream and speedrun Wii games
So I connected everything on but when I’m on game capture it says “Game capture HD60 S needs to be connected to a USB 3.0 port to function properly”
