Nice video bro
epic bro!!!
Great video!
Thanks
Great Video!!!! This helped me decide weather it’s better to fix the high mileage engine I have or just swap it with a Japanese one. I’m going to go with the swap.
Yeah the swap is easier I did this on this Element 5 times..lol because it was easy
just watched it to the End. You are a good Man. you never thought about putting a 6Cylinder in there?
Hello!
Impressive work!
You know how to work that engine and put it back together.
I am watching number of DYI Videos on working on my 06 Honda Element EX.
5 sped manual.
Mahalo Bro. Thank you for sharing.
5 Stars...goes To you!!!
Thank you so much for watching
Amazing, I am really impressed. do you do projects for others? I have a 2004 element that needs an engine I am in Indiana and could bring you the truck?
My man!!!
Viutiful okoko perfect works
Thanks
Welcome back to the Element 😂
I believe you live in Austin, would love to get a element meet up started here
I live in Denton TX north of Dallas
Good job princess daddy is proud chipmunk😉
I have to replace my Element , van pulled out in front of me in a roundabout. My first video ever is uploading.
Dang
I like your shirt, what kind is it and where did you buy it?
Great job, thanks for posting. Can you pull the engine and trans together or is separating them required? Also, did you add a reach extension on your hoist? Is it necessary to have that long of a reach to pull the engine on the element? Thanks
On an automatic element, you can just pull the engine, but a manual you have to pull the engine and transmission. I have the extension when I work on jeeps. No extension is needed for the Honda element
@@ByrdsRebuilds Thanks. So just to be clear, if you wanted to you could pull both on the auto too? I’m asking because I want to swap in a new engine and trans as a unit. Mine is auto awd. I’ve swapped many Honda engines but this is my first element. Thanks again
@jasond4752 yeah me it's all the same
5MT AWD element here. I’m about to replace my engine. Any tips on pulling the engine and trans together on an AWD element?
Can one of those types of engines go in an 08 element all wheel drive?
Yes
Tu!! Well done! Do u recommend Japanese crate engine? Where can I find one. What is the concern for finding the right engine? Are they all the same?
You want to get a K24A4
I figured out your back east. I didn't expect a reply. Thank u! Love the emblem!! Ok.. I'll look into it. I have to save my element. Your motivating me.
@@chazzsnyder9484 I'm in Texas the Denton area north of Dallas
good video,.. one question, is that a CRV or TSX engine you swapped???
It is Honda Element engine K24A4 I have 3 of them..lol
Wow great video, maybe needs a little valve adjustment
You are 100% right
What body paint is that? Or is that Plasti Dip? Looks good.
Raptor liner that oem color match
Are you on the elements Forums?
No I'm not
can i ask where you picked up that radiator?
Ebay
Thanks, I am about to swap a K24a into mine and noticed that radiator.. Thanks for the info and the great video@@ByrdsRebuilds
Are you selling the valve cover?
Unfortunately not sorry about that
My Honda Element needs a new motor, how much was the engine you got ?
I payed 50 dollars for a long block but I had to rebuild it. You can get a good long block from junkyard for about 300 to 500 dollars.
@@ByrdsRebuilds that’s a good price
