Wow! Can’t believe you got to meet Ray Dalio, going through his book as we speak! Also can’t believe you were in a meeting with Marc Andreessen et al!! (and yes, it’s humbling how VCs and smart angels come up with thoughts that took you years to get to!) Alignment with investors on your world view and their world view was also a ahah moment for me as I’m going through the fundraising process now: their inner narrative, and chances of them being so right and big (return 3x their fund by deploying capital, and valuation increase in future rounds) - Problem/Solution - Vetted macro trend - Origin story - Is this for real -> traction/numbers, show me the money - ICP/TAM/Go To Market/Business Model - Vision and future funding - future financials and next stage funding and valuation (business model of VCs as fund managers) - Competitive landscape and betting against consensus (know your stuff but be centered enough to say you don’t know what you don’t know) - How can you be helpful? (never thought of having that slide ready!! - Portfolio Intros)

Again I'm just a guy with notebooks full of ideas who just recently started to take action. I taught myself sales funnel a few years ago so I'm good on that. I'll be back! With more questions.
