He misused the trust of millions of Indians, by claiming falsely cure for COVID without even testing and getting approval or certification from authorities. Eventually he tried to encash the trust of innocent Indian citizens. Nepal government banned pathanjali from their country. But some of our state governments allowed pathanjali to promote their products inspite of supreme court order not to advertise false claims.

Jesus healed many when he lived on this earth and had given that power to his disciples and the same power is granted to his chosen few. There is one incident in the Bible where a woman got healed due to her faith.

So, patanjali should have done the same - they shouldn't have made absolute claims - as no one can achieve 100% results

Please note Ayurveda is not fake, it has thousands of years history. And yoga also here for long years. Both combined is the method used by Patanjali. There are hundreds of cases and research reports with them to show diabetes are curable. Instead of approaching government to amend Drugs and Magic Remedy Act 1954 they have advertised their remedies. That's why all these Court cases and anti publicity. The court remarked that their apology lacks genuinity. That's true, how can make an apology knowing that what was said is true.

The Indian judicial system along with its inept and power-tripping judges have proven once again their hypocrisy and blindness. When foreign MNC's for years promoting their products along the same lines as Patanjali, they never said anything. When for decades they actively mocked Indian culture and history, they never saw it. But god forbid, an Indian company does the same to compete against the aggressive marketing tactics of these huge MNC's, they make such a hue and cry about it. Proving once again that they are anti-Hindu (just as in the Nupur Sharma case).
Now we cannot escape questioning foreign companies also.
You have no rights to question SC. If you have problem with other companies go file a petition. You mean baba was doing right by promoting fake medicines.
As many people are saying he deserves to be put in Jail, it is very likely that a few people would've taken his comments seriously and that would've led to serious health complications. To put it bluntly, what he did is a crime.

Child, you do not know the half of it. What if your father had gotten Type-1 diabetes and started listening to Ramdev and stopped taking insulin. He would have died within 2 weeks. You are fortunate that your family did not face this but countless families who were hopeless and desperate lost their lives due to Ramdev's false claims and fraudulent medicines. Regarding Nestle , MDH, Everest, you do know that it is the responsibility of FSSAI which is a government body and not the Supreme Court of India so blame the government for their lack of actions.
Having a disease is a different matter than advertising to healthy man regarding toothpaste fairness creams etc. According to the 1954 magic remedies act 54 diseases are covered which have no known cure. This is to protect people with disease from not seeking correct medication.
When you have a disease you have no choice. You have to take some medicine. And that medicine has to be scientifically validated.
It is different for a healthy person. He can choose not to use any fairness cream.

I have know two people who has cured their diabetes completely and came out of insulin or sugar pill by changes in their diet and yoga and exercises. What Baba Ram dev said is True. But May not apply for all cases.

I can't comment on the alternative systems of medicine but it is definitely true that Allopathy does give a slow death treatment in several cases. Even they have capitalised medicine by prescribing surgeries and procedures left and right. I have seen first hand MRI and CT scans being prescribed at the time of COVID. From my experience in my family as well, when the medicines didn't work, the doctor asked to visit a psychiatrist. Is this how they treat patients. I'm not saying allopathy is bad but off late, the capitalisation of medicine has definitely questioned it's efficacy.
