the problem with mine was when we fixed the cracked optical encoder the led on top of the disc (white/clear rectangular piece) was bent too high off of the disc. When we adjusted it closer to the disc the wheel calibrated properly
Correct me if im wrong but it seems the max rotation to the right is random which is a sign of a loose component. If messing around in software doesn't fix this, it could be with the optical encoder getting loose which is common. encoder is possible to fix but you need to open it up. The encoder could be loose on shaft which can be fixed with a bit of glue. If encoder is broken you can replace it with a metal one which is a bit expensive but worth it.
I actually don't know how I solved it. What you could try to do is start device manager and delete the G27 driver and all other related drivers on your PC. Reboot your pc without the wheel plugged in, and reinstall the G27 driver. Hope this works for you it worked for me when I had problems with my T300. I actually got my G27 back to the store for 4 times and eventually got my money back to get a T300
I eventually send it back to the store and got a new one. But try resinstalling Logitech profiler also try 32 bit abd 64 bit. And then hope for the best!
+Iliyan Husein I actually had the same problem and it should be something with your power to the wheel. For me it was simply that the Power Supply plug was not properly in and had to use a LOT of force to get it in properly. (Not the same problem as shown in video)
