This is good.If a person does yoga , but does not stop eating Biscuits , Bread wherein Gluten is the ingredient, then doing Yoga for belly fat will not have any effect.Side by side ,you must give the food intake to be taken which will help the yogabhyasi .

This yoga is really very effective. Post pregnancy i hv been suffering from belly fat. I am doing this yoga for past 18 days and i have seen the reduction in the fat. But will it help in getting the flatter tummy? Sir, can you tell us more asans to get flat tummy fast. Like this asan helped in reduction in the fat faster.
