This is good.If a person does yoga , but does not stop eating Biscuits , Bread wherein Gluten is the ingredient, then doing Yoga for belly fat will not have any effect.Side by side ,you must give the food intake to be taken which will help the yogabhyasi .

Acharya ji 1. ap abdomen exercise me pair उठाते समय सांस भरने के लिए बोल रहे हैं जबकि पैर उठाते समय पेट खाली होना चाहिए नाकी उसमे हवा भारी होनी चाहिए, 2. पैर उठाते टाइम आप पैरो को 30 degree उठाने को के रहे हैं जबकि यह सिर्फ 6 इंच होना चाहिए, इससे पेट की मसल्स को पूरा तनाव मिलता है.

This yoga is really very effective. Post pregnancy i hv been suffering from belly fat. I am doing this yoga for past 18 days and i have seen the reduction in the fat.
