I’ve been trying to find a Pilates channel that promotes pain-free movement while still challenging me….AND THIS IS IT!! The cueing was also amazing! Loved doing this class in my room on an rainy afternoon when I didn’t want to go to the gym! I’ll definitely be coming back to this ☺️ ALSO really enjoyed the 30 min class length! Some days I’m only good with 20, other days I loved doing 45+ min, so this was perfect in the middle!
this was great. my body is so happy. I had plantar fasciitis so my achilles/backs of ankles didn't love the sitting tall w/feet flat in parallel at the beginning of class. i didn't stop, though. i just lifted my toes to get the flexed position that tends to feel better. thank you for being here!!

I broke my ankle 11 months ago while I am on a good path to recovery, I put on quite a bit of weight as a result of depression and immobility. My PT has been asking me about how my Pilates and yoga is going since I used to do this prior to my accident .These beginner series are great for someone like me who needs a total body workout, thats not too joint heavy, and challenging enough for someone who is returning to physical wellness. Thank you so much for creating this and I hope my comment provides the engagement for this channel to get you more subscribers.

my first pilates class & it REALLY challenged me (& by me i mean my hips). also i know a dancer when i see one, my high school dance teacher counted & made sounds the same way lol

A fabulous well-rounded class. Thank you Isa. If I find it very difficult to sit up without rounding, do I need to work on hip flexibility or ab strength or back strength or all of the above? Thanks in advance. :)

So happy it turned into 30 minutes - it was exactly the lovely flow I needed. Such a nice mix of arms, legs and abs. Thanks!
