Any more details? CR or CRF? Did you do a compression test? Is it not starting now?

Hard to know without more details. Might've already been losing compression and that was the last straw...?

How do you turn the bike off

Depending on the bike, when you come to a stop with the clutch pulled in, you can just push the "kill" button, which is typically on the handlebars near your left thumb. I sometimes shift it into neutral before restarting to make it easy.

The red exhaust don’t have anything to do with mixture. It’s because they retract the ignition in idle to make the idle smoother.

Those bikes don’t break my bike didn’t break when I redlined it and dropped it 100 times without changing the oil once

They are durable machines... But everything wears out eventually.
